Chapter 101: Entering the Demon's Realm

Wendy stood before the imposing portal that led to the treacherous depths of the Demon Realm. Her gaze was on its swirling vortex of darkness. Aara, the Mother of Souls, stood by her side with eyes of worry.

"Are you ready, Wendy? Have you packed everything you need? Do you have a plan? What if you encounter a powerful demon? Are you prepared to face the unknown?"

Wendy's brow furrowed as she tried to process the rapid-fire questions. Her hand raised, gently interrupting Aara mid-sentence. "Aara, hold on. Take a breath," she chuckled. "I get that you're worried for me, but I've thought about all of these things. I have my Neospacian abilities, the training and the knowledge I've gained since coming here. I can also feel it. I am limited by my death. My power is not what it used to be, but.... I can handle this."

Aara's sighed, placing a hand on Wendy's shoulder.

"I know you're capable, Wendy. But this is the Demon Realm we're talking about!"
