{3 Months Later}

{Uchiha Lake, Training ground 124}

"Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu," I said aloud before blowing a fireball out of my mouth, the index and middle finger of my right hand aimed at the lake as I kept my concentration up in order to not fall headfirst towards the ground. Ok, maybe I should have mentioned I was hanging upside down from a tree trying my hardest not to fall, which I didn't succeed in seeing the pitifully small fireball that impacted the lake and then dissipated with a bunch of steam.

My feet wobbled as I stopped channeling chakra to the jutsu as I dropped, I landed on the ground and pushed a strand of chakra onto the muscles of my legs as they absorbed my momentum, and this time without a scream of pain to accompany them.

"You're getting better!" a loud voice interrupted me and I stopped myself from jumping back at that, without looking up and without even trying to, I recognized the person that was somehow sitting on the branch that I was just hanging from. I shuddered as I imagined if it was an enemy, I would be dead by now, no sound, no warning, maybe even a 'GAME OVER' screen would flash in front of me.

"Shisui-san, What brings you here?" I questioned as I looked at the smiling face of the older Chunin, Shisui was one of the characters that influenced the plot from the background, already dead before even the first episode aired, Shisui was just a cool Uchiha with a green Susanoo to me until I actually met the guy.

Shisui was many things, humble, talented, scary, and a genius, so Fujii had to be careful around him. He was quite sharp and he didn't want to reveal something by chance, plus he was Itachi's friend so that was how they met him. Being forced to fight against Itachi by Takaki in order to increase his own influence was how he met the weirdest Uchiha to date.

"Nothing much, I was just free and decided to swing by, you seemed to have improved your chakra control once again, why don't you try water walking instead of this complex exercise that you are doing, it is an interesting one that's for sure." Shisui jumped from the tree and landed on the ground. "So what do you say, want to spar?" As soon as Shisui finished speaking a familiar notification appeared in front of me.

I knew what 2 of those hidden conditions were, the first one was to land a clean hit on Shisui, which I had achieved once which led to me also managing to complete the second condition, making Shisui use his infamous Body-Flicker. Which had given me a whole level, and considering that I was not yet a shinobi, being able to level up was a luxury for me.

"Thank you for the spar" I bowed before I started jumping a little to let the tension leave my body and relax. I remembered my stats and skills as I thought about how to get that one hit in, this spar could get me 2 levels...

My Chakra was the slowest growing stat but maybe that was due to my age, I was sure as the days go by, even if I don't grind daily that stat would continue to grow, especially considering that was the only stat that had a different limit. Speaking of limits, these limits were totally not there one day and then there when I woke up the next morning along with a patch update...

"You ready?" Shisui asked as he look at me in a relaxed manner. I nodded my head as I got ready.

'[Sharingan]'

I focused on Shisui's posture, he looked relaxed but I could see that his center of gravity was lower than when he was actually standing up, his knees were a little bit bent and his body was ready to react at a moment's notice, and considering that I wasn't at the level of speed where I could take advantage of that, it was a waste.

'So Shisui has Jounin level speed which I am assuming is above 150 in stats... my Sharingan won't be able to completely track him if he really tried but at least his Shunshin doesn't work on the Sharingan as it does on everyone else.'

I slipped a kunai from my pouch which had a ninja wire attached to it, Shisui never used his eyes whenever we sparred but I didn't have that luxury, I controlled a strand of chakra and carefully coiled it around my leg muscles before I dashed towards him at faster than my normal speeds, by then Shisui had sidestepped my kunai to the right which I had anticipated thanks to the Sharingan, I pulled my fist back as I telegraphed my punch, before I targeted his legs with a sweeping kick.

"Tch-" I frowned as instead of jumping backward he jumped forward and over me, the kunai that I was manipulating with the wire flew harmlessly right above me which he plucked out of the air, I hastily let go of the ninja wire before going through the series of fast hand seals.

'Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu'

I called out the jutsu in my mind as a fireball was sent towards him, it was a little skewed aiming towards his right shoulder so he dodged left before putting his hands on guard against the roundhouse kick which I aimed at his face. I knew the danger so I pushed my leg against his hands successfully turning in midair as my left leg snapped to another block that he made, my hands did a quick handstand but instead of advancing I retreated with a flip as I looked at Shisui,

'Demonic Illusion: False Surroundings Technique'

Taking advantage of the fact that Shisui was not using his Sharingan I used a genjutsu on him, it was a subtle genjutsu in which I continued my flip to do another one and retreated while in reality, I was already aiming a haymaker towards his face. I knew the reason he would figure out it was a genjutsu was because of the sound, the False surrounding technique was a unique genjutsu, mainly used to hide something it wasn't very useful in a fight unless layered with another couple of Genjutsu but there were two reasons it would work this time.

I activated the Genjutsu right in the middle of my flight, so until I land on the ground, and then flip again in his eyes without making a sound there won't be a red flag, and also because he wasn't using Chakra enhancement to speed himself up and fighting me with his base speed, he wasn't as aware of his chakra coils so my immature genjutsu would work.

Still, before I could celebrate my haymaker missed and I felt a blow to the back of my head sending me crashing into the ground.

"Ugh- what the fuck!" I cursed as I turned around to look at Shisui who was looking at me with a blank expression and his three-tomoe Sharingan spinning, I gulped as I asked, "Shisui-san?"

He looked scary like that, my eyes immediately noticed his right hand move but what confused me was that he didn't attack, but my eyes knew it before he actually did scratch the back of his head with an embarrassed expression on his face, "Ah, Congratulations Fujii-Kun!"

My confusion lasted a second before a barrage of notifications appeared in front of me..
