Known for his intelligence all over the world. Lance loved doing research , in a era where you would find robots doing majority of physical work and artificial intelligence doing mental work.
People like him were respected the most ,as a scientist.
Pollution levels are off the charts and people have to stay at home to their work and transportation is done by underground tranport .
In this era Majority of people have Artificial Intelligence Chip or AI Chip for short . It is a serum, which can be used as a medium for people to have a perfect control over their all actions whether voluntary or involuntary.
For this reason humans live a long life as they remove their impurities from their bodies and can live for about 150 years.
They can Analyse almost anything and leave majority of mental chores to their respective AI.
And it also has a storage function which is 100 cubic cm of their personal dimensional space it can be used by their brain to bring things in and out of dimensions.
It could be also used to do telekinesis. This whole drama was started when a person who claimed to be gifted by god and the scientists didn't believe that guy and after repeated studies of that guy Mental energy came to known to many people. Mental energy it could be used in a variety of ways many things which were believed to exist in fantasy became a reality.
And why was that it was discovered that human brain was not as simple as it seems and it can have magical wonders that can shake the foundation of science.
People extensively studied Human brain and discovered dimensional space. but it was too small to be used . And therfore it was studied by scientists nowadays.

An otaku and chuunibyou or so they called him, a die hard fan of Anime named Naruto.
Yes I know a century old anime how my grandfather forced me to watch it atleast 100 times i think a 720 episodes, each episode 25 minutes average 18000 minutes 12.5 days for one time watching whole series 100 times means 1250 days , 3 years if you watch without break. Huff huff!!
But anyways I liked him the most.
But now he is in his deathbed, He was given a lot of money by government and WSA for his that was close to none. He opened a Naruto fanclub and met grandmother another diehard Naruto fan.
He is akin to priest preaching about his religion ( Naruto ).
"Old man didn't you took Z - Medicine "
