Chapter 70 - "I will definitely shut your mouth with a kiss"

Next day morning, After having a hot night Finn made breakfast for his women. Finn already had sent Rin and Shizune back to the village. Even the third great ninja war had stopped, there are still many people who needs medical treatment.

After Sakumo sensei win against Sand, the stone had no choice but to sign peace treaty and compensate Hidden Leaf like other village. Currently all the 4 villages have lost almost half or more than that of their military strength. The hidden Leaf now was standing above all the 4 villages. And with the Devil Asura protecting the Leaf, no village dared to go against Konoha.

Finn has heard from Shizune that 3rd Hokage is preparing to announce Minato as the 4th hokage in two days. After Danzo's death, Sakumo took over the position of Anbu captain. All the members of roots was transferred to the Anbu.

As for Jiraiya, he went to search for that nasty snake. Kushina the host of 9 tail fox now has become Genin captain. Not only that After failing to make Kushina fall for him, Minato has found his love during his fight against the stone village. She was a member of Inzuka clan and Jounin rank ninja.

This changes might have been a big thing for Finn if he hadn't known about the otherworldly beings and the upcoming threat. Right now his only wish was to get powerful enough to fight all the top powerhouse in the universe.

"Itsuki, tell me everything about you the continent you lived in?" Finn wanted more information on his future enemies especially the Monarchs. Finn knew that each of the Monarch is extremely dangerous and powerful.

"Master, the world I am from is called Fallen Star Continent. The continent is also most three times the size of elemental nations. Powerful races like Dragon, Dark Elves, and other races lives in the continent."

"The Monarchs are an ancient race of monsters who seek to rule the entire universe. A Monarch is the Ultimate powerhouse of each race. For example, Ant Monarch rules over hundreds of millions of ants. A Monarch is born to lead his own race. Now that I am dead maybe in 200 or 500 years another Monarch of water demons will be born."

"Stronger the race the more difficult it is for a Monarch level being to be born. For example it took more than 10,000 years the current Dragon Monarch to be born. But the power levels between Monarch of the same race maybe not be the same. For example the previous Dragon Monarch power did not exceeded even half of my power but the current Dragon Monarch is said to be strongest Monarch till this date. His power is on same rank as the Shadow Monarch."

" Just how powerful is the Dragon Monarch's army?"

"There are 10 ranks used to measure the power level of the strongest beings in the universe.

_First and Second Tiers are the weakest ranks, water demons comes in 2nd Tier.

_Third Tier is also known as Normal grade or also known as C rank. But some water demons can break the 2nd Tier and step into 3rd Tier. Low ranking Jonin also falls in this Tier.

_Fourth Tier is also known as Elite Grade. An average dragon is as strong as elite grade or B rank. An Mid to High ranking Jonin also falls in this Tier.

_Fifth Tier also known as Knight grade. High ranking Jonins to Low ranking Kages comes in this rank.

_Sixth Tier also known as Elite Knight grade. Mid or High class kages comes under this rank. The beings in this tier is also known as S rank or Mid S rank. Hanzo of the salamander falls in this Tier

_Seventh Tier also known as Commander or General Grade. The beings in this class is stronger than High S class beings. Legendary people like Madara and Hashirama comes in this Tier.

_Eight Tier beings better known as Marshal or Commander Grade. My powers falls in this class. A Marshal rank being has the power to kill 10 or even 30 General Tier beings.

_Ninth Tier beings also known as Grand Marshal Grade. The previous Shadow Monarch had three Grand Marshal Tier shadows. One of them Bellion was the commander of Shadow Monarch's army. A Marshal Grade being has the power to kill Low ranking Monarchs like me and the Ant king or Ant Monarch.

_Tenth Tier beings are the most Powerful beings in the entire Universe. The Shadow Monarch and Dragon Monarch's powers falls in this Tier. The beings in this rank are also known as Demigods. Because The bible God power was in forbidden rank also called the legendary 11th Tier. But After the bible god's death, no beings has ever managed to reach that Rank."

"My King, your current power barely comes under Ninth tier but fighting against a being in Ninth Tier is impossible for you."

Finn sighed. "Looks like I still have need to get even more stronger. But currently I have to increase the number of Shadows. Itsuki do you know any Monarch whose power falls in Marshal rank?"

"My king, The Ant king comes in this rank. Not only that the ant army is more disciplined and more powerful than water demons. An average Ant army power is in Third Tier or in fourth Tier,"

Finn nodded with a smile. "In few days, I will definitely go after the Ant Monarch and his army but for now I have to go back otherwise I will make Echidna and Nagahide worried and also suspicious."

Finn made a Shadow Clone and sent his clone to Atlantic Continent while Finn continued to ask Itsuki more question about the Monarchs.

"Where did you go yesterday?" Asked Echidna. She looked very scary and angry. Finn can see that Nagahide is also worried about him. Finn cleared his throat and said innocently.

"i went to test my powers but I exhausted my Chakra in the process. So to recover my chakra I rest the whole night and returned after washing my face." Finn knew from Nagahide that some special people, the people who has connection with Ootsutsuki can use chakra.

Nagahide sighed in relief. She thought that something had happened to Finn. But suddenly Nagahide heard someone was calling her so she went out. While Echidna raised her eyebrow and asked.

"What is this new Power you are talking about?"

"I received the power of Ancient relic Summoner."

"__" Finn's words like bomb that hit Echidna very hard.

"Like I said, I got powers from the relic." Again Echidna felt like she was struck with lightning.
