Danzo has gotten the permission from Hiruzen to restart his root program. And old hawk was exactly waiting for the moment. Now that he can use his kotoamatsukami infront of Hiruzen, he can kill two birds with one stone. Hiruzen didn't know how the kotoamatsukami worked. And trusting his best friend was a large mistake in this case. While Danzo hadn't lied about only being able to use the ocular jutsu only once in a twelve years, he had lied about the verbal command. Once the victim is affected by kotoamatsukami, he can control the mind of the victim however he pleases. That means he will get her absolute loyalty. And then he can subtly pull her into his faction.

Hiruzen will only get a temporary victory.

Not to mention the second thing he has acquired from his deal with Hiruzen was even more profitable than the first one.

Since Naruko is way above her peer's level, for next two years, Hiruzen will let Danzo handle her training after which she will become a genin under Kakashi.

Danzo has agreed with it. Because he knew that in two years, Hiruzen will be no longer the Hokage to take any decision.

With the backing of his root organisation and a powerful pawn like Naruko, he can device countless plans to overthrow Hiruzen. Even in the time of crisis, Hiruzen's popularity has not declined much. But it will change soon. Danzo was planning to accidentally release the news of Uchiha massacre and put all the blame on the head of Hiruzen. He has a very good plan for it. And as soon as Hiruzen's popularity will decline he will come forward as the new hope of the civilians. Naruko will help him conquering the shinobi population with her strength.

Danzo has made every preparation for a long term scheme to become the fifth Hokage of the hidden leaf village.

Hiruzen didn't take Danzo's words about his kotoamatsukami seriously. And he has prepared a very effective plan to counter it. A chakra suppression seal. It will supress everyone's chakra within the seal's range.

He and Danzo have planned to call Naruko to their office and apply the kotoamatsukami first. After that they will go to the council meeting along with Naruko.

In exchange for giving the permission to restart his root and train Naruko for next two years, Danzo has agreed to use the kotoamatsukami on Naruko.

But Hiruzen was not an idiot. So he has his own plans. But unlike his friend's long term plan, he has a very short term plan.

He has taken his time to prepare a high level Chakra suppression seal in the meeting room. As soon as Danzo uses the kotoamatsukami on Naruko, he will activate the seal and apprehend Danzo. Of course not permanently. He will let him go after he took out Shisui's kotoamatsukami. The ability is very dangerous. Not to mention he can't trust Danzo to change the command if it is possible. And without the Sharingan, Danzo won't be able to do anything. After that he will reveal false evidence claiming that, Danzo was the one behind the Uchiha massacre and was influencing Naruko with the eyes of Shisui Uchiha In The council meeting. This will give him leverage to strip his friend from his political power and probably give him a chance to send him to prison for good. No matter what he can't kill him. He was his old friend after all. But that doesn't mean he can't take any action against him. After Danzo is out of the way, he will improve the view of the villagers on Naruko. And then train her to become the next Hokage. It was a pretty solid plan. But Hiruzen had done some miscalculations.

But above all else the two hyenas were so busy fighting over a piece of meat, that they didn't realise, a lioness was eyeing them with her predatory gaze.

"*Knock knock*"

Esdeath's shadow clone frowned when she heard the knocking sound on her door.

She knew who it was. It was not other than the Anbu guard with pathetic Chakra reserves.

'Did they found out ? No it is impossible.'

(AN: I will call this clone of Esdeath as death one)

Death one opened the door.

"Hokage sama has something to discuss with you. He is busy right now so he has ordered me to bring you to the Hokage tower." The anbu said in an emotionless voice.

Death one narrowed her eyes. But then she nodded nonetheless. Her main body has already left to start her plan an hour ago. Any moment now and the entire village will turn into a frozen waste land. So it didn't matter what they plan. It is bound to fail.

As Death one reached Hokage office, she immediately sensed seals all around the office. Although they were not activated yet, they were dangerous. Because all of them were hidden, Death one can only guess there function from the way the felt.

'it is probably a chakra suppression seal. So bad it is bound to fail."

Entering the office, the first thing death one saw, made her eyes widened. The glowing Red eye with a unique black pattern like a four pointed shuriken. For the first time she was witnessing the mangekyo Sharingan in her life.
