After Math final

In the village square, in front of the tall hokage building, a large bustling crowd stood silently in front of the hokage building waiting for the "temporarily hokage" to speak, with bated breath they looked at Asuma, the village meeting is only used for one thing... war.

"As most of you know, the village recently has been attacked by Orochimaru, in the attack a strong person died" Asuma said, his voice low but still loud as it spread to the ears of everyone in the square due to chakra enhanced vocals.

"The 3rd Hokages death has lead to the other countries thinking that they are now suddenly stronger then Konoha" The village clenched there fist in anger, Konoha is there home, and seeing it be humiliated by other villages is not a good feeling.

"konoha is where you grew up, Konoha is where your daughters or sons will grow up, and for that reason, i here by declare war on the land of lightning for attacking the land of fire" The crowd looked at Asuma in silence, they processed what he said about them, there daughters and sons.

"YEAHHHHHHH!!!" the crowd went ballistic as they shouted, the area vibrated from the loud shout, the windows everywhere vibrated on the verge of breaking, they were scared of letting there daughters and son and who they love be in danger.

"And there is one more thing i want to say" Asuma said, the crowd went quiet as they listened attentively to his words in fear of missing something.

"I will not be sending anyone under the age of 15 to war, that means if you are 15 and above, you are the only ones going to war" The crowd looked at Asuma in surprise, this was unprecedented in the history of the shinobi world, But the crowd suddenly nodded in joy, the village is made up mostly from civillian ninjas.

80% of ninjas are from the civilians, and most of them graduate at age 12, so this is a blessing in disguise for them, and a chance to grow up before going to war.

"If you are a newly graduate, the public ninjutsu library is now open, this is made from today, it is a place where you can learn from f to c level ninjutsu in every chakra nature" The civilians including the ninja clans widened there eyes.

"Is this the right choice Asuma?" Shikaku behind Asuma whispered, you have to know that the thing that ninja families have above the civilians is that they have ninjutsu they can learn from birth right, civilians can only learn from teachers and merits, but let's be honest, they don't have enough merit to get anything above level c.

The civilians looked at Asuma and they smiled in joy before they opened there mouths and started chanting.

"Asuma!"

Asuma put his hand up and the crowd went quiet.

"All right everyone, you can go, i have some important information i need to deal with right now" Asuma said as he stood up and walked back into the hokage building, the crowd nodded andf they went away, on the way they started banter and talking about Asuma.

"Lord Asuma is so good!, i wish he was the Hokage!"

"Yeah no kidding, my child who always wanted to be a ninja, but never had any teacher or ninjutsu can now become one!"

"And they will never have to go war before they are not prepared!"

These words were heard all through out the village in a matter of hours, the civilians talked even at dinner time, little children who wanted to become ninja but could never, smiled as they shouted in excitement.

[ Hokage building ]

"What do you think you are doing!" Danzo asked Asuma angrily, his eyes were blood shot as he looked at Asuma, giving out ninjutsu to the civilians to be able to learn, this is like creating a weaker clan of ninjas with tens of thousands of members.

"The balance in the village is now broken due to you, from the creation of the village the ninja clans maintained the balance with civilians, ninja clans have no more members then a 1000, while the civilians are in the hundred of thousands!" Danzo said as his eyes landed on Asuma.

The surrounding Clan Leaders kept quiet, but Asuma saw that inside there eyes are question marks, must be waiting for him to explain why he did this, with this new rule the civilians are gonna be much stronger then the ninja clans combined.

"Why do you care, you act like the civilians will suddenly rebel against there own home, i am not Sarutobi Hiruzen who is scared of a clan, and i am not someone who is scared of an EYE" Asuma said in a low angry voice, he was tired of getting questioned, he was supposed to be the leader since no one could stand up, the 2 who could is a perv and unreliable, and one is an annoying drunk scared of blood.

"What right... do you have to question me Shimura Danzo!" 

Booom!

The office shook as a golden light radiated of Asuma's Body, his eyes locked on Danzo, a golden hand containing the 5 chakra nature that is fused in a thin balance slapped towards Danzo at a speed that was hard to follow.

Booom!

A huge hole was made in the Hokage Building, the clan leaders looked out of the hole and they were shocked at what they saw, they saw Danzo imbedded into the hokage mountain, a huge crater was made almost destroying the hole mountain.

"And all of you, i don't know what your problem is, just because the civilians now have a way to become stronger you suddenly want to stop that?, well that won't happen" Asuma said as he looked at the clan leaders, the clan leaders nodded as they felt the hair on there back stand up.

"Now go and take that old man to the hospital" Asuma said and an Anbu went after Hiruzen, his attack just now was his full power, containing all 5 nature chakra, combined into one and upon impact it released the full power of those 5 natures at once like a bomb exploding.

"For the next thing, Hiashi, i want you to lend me a jonin rank ninja to go and investigate the land of lightning with my anbu team" Hiashi nodded his head, he understood that this is not just for the hyuga clan, if the village loses this war then there clan is going down with the village.

"Okay you can go, i will inform you if i have any new information" Asuma said as he stood up, the clann leaders nodded before they went away to prepare there clan for a possible war.

after everyone left, Asuma sat in his hokage chair, massaging his brows, this was a lot harder then he tought, respect to hiruzen for doing it for so many years.

"Hmmm, i am tired, maybe i should pay Kurenai a visit~" Asuma smiled as he created a shadow clan, he soon went out of the hokage building and in seconds he was in front of the apartment of Kurenai.

Knock

knock

"Ye- Asuma!" Kurenai looked at Asuma in surprise, but before she can say abything she was pushed inside with Asuma locking the door, She felt Asuma kissing her and she blushed.

"MMM~, what has gotten into you!, ngh~" Kurenai said as she felt herself get picked up by Asuma.

"Well i realised that i should spend more time with you~" Asuma said as he went into there bedroom.
