To express his apology, Guy invited Tetsuya, Tenten, and Lee for dinner. On Tetsuya's suggestion, they chose a restaurant specializing in sukiyaki.

"By the way, there's another member in your team. Why isn't he here today?" Tetsuya asked, deliberately steering the conversation.

Guy didn't hesitate to answer. "You mean Neji? He's been working on a secret taijutsu technique lately. I can't help much with that, so I let him train on his own."

"Secret Taijutsu technique? Revolving Heaven?" Tetsuya thought. Neji's skill and ingenuity were impressive, making him the strongest among the twelve young shinobi at this stage. Even Lee couldn't match him yet.

The meal lasted late into the evening, with Guy enthusiastically talking about taijutsu. It wasn't until the restaurant was closing that he reluctantly let Tetsuya go, but not before trying to arrange another meeting.

"Sensei Guy, I have a mission outside the village tomorrow. Next time, for sure," Tetsuya promised, hurrying away. He had indeed scheduled a mission with Kosuke Hozuki for the next day.

Tetsuya had spent over 3 million ryo on dozens of special 'feathers,' depleting his savings. His plan required more funds, turning missions into a necessity.

In his mind's eye, he stood still while thousands of feathers flew out, decimating enemies. "A playful, almost whimsical style, yet incredibly lethal," he thought, shaking his head to clear the fantasy.

Returning to reality, Tetsuya knew he needed to mark each feather with the Flying Thunder God technique. He grabbed a feather and carefully inscribed the mark, ensuring it wouldn't affect the feather's balance or function.

"Being the Sixth Hokage, I'm serious about this," Tetsuya thought, determined to perfect his new technique. He would train hard, take on more missions, and earn the resources he needed to turn his vision into reality.
