Kaito did advanced Chakra control training for two years to get a correct balance.

1. Chakra Pull ups (Via Palms and Foots for the Tenketsu points to get a grip of releasing chakra)

2. Senbon balancing - Balancing senbon by the tip, completed when done for atleast 1 hour on all 5 fingers(Hyuga chakra control training)

3. Senbon spinning - Balancing and rotating senbon by the tip, completed when done for 1 hour on each finger(Hyuga chakra control exercise)

4. Spike walking - Balancing your feet on the tip of steel spikes, finished when user can fight on spikes

Kaito learned how do the chakra strings and manipulate them.

Kaito did Gentle fist for 2 years daily for 70 hours, a cheat with shadow clones and defied laws of time.

Kaito has gained an enormous amount of Battle experience, by practicing and sparing with Tokuma Hyuga.

Kaito knows the Bug's of shinobi world, he will make it huge.
