Shinōbi possess terrifying power—power that can split the ground with their bare hands, power that allows them to kill at will. When it comes to dealing with Shinōbi, only other Shinōbi can match their abilities. In the world of Shinōbi, their only natural enemy is themselves. Other beings, such as Samurai and Yin-Yang users, are considered obsolete relics of history.
Even the summoning creatures from the Three-Great Sage Regions cannot compare to the sheer power of Shinōbi. Shinōbi are creatures without natural adversaries, existing to defy the laws of nature.
However, the power of Shinōbi is not only terrifying when used for destruction, but it also proves to be incredibly useful for construction and other purposes. Take Sunagakure, for example. Outside the village, tall buildings are being erected using the assistance of Shinōbi-operated cranes, filling machines, and blenders. Ordinary individuals are seen operating these machines with a level of power that is truly astonishing.
"Such a sight is terrifying. Who would have thought that an ordinary person could possess such power?" remarked Shamon, overcome with emotion.
Standing together, Shamon and Hitoshi observe the world outside, silently acknowledging the changes taking place.
"It is a gift. Shinōbi today are no longer fearsome creatures; they are professionals who are worthy of admiration," Hitoshi said, a slight smile playing on his lips.
In the current Shinōbi World, Shinōbi no longer symbolize only death and destruction; they represent nobility. Similar to teachers and doctors in the 21st century, Shinōbi are highly respected because they have transformed Chakra into something accessible to the common people, improving their lives.
"Chakra-powered stoves provide warmth in winter, Chakra refrigerators offer respite from the summer heat, and Chakra air conditioners provide relief during hot days. These advancements were once exclusive to Shinōbi, but now they benefit ordinary individuals. Consequently, Shinōbi are no longer seen as terrifying beings," Hitoshi explained to Shamon.
Shamon listened intently as Hitoshi shared his knowledge, unveiling the future changes that Shinōbi World would undergo. Hitoshi believed that Shinōbi World would further evolve, potentially separating Shinōbi into battle Shinōbi and ordinary Shinōbi.
"But aren't there already distinctions between fighting Shinōbi and medical Shinōbi?" questioned Shamon.
Hitoshi clarified, "No, medical Shinōbi can also be considered fighting Shinōbi, such as those from Tsunade's lineage. When I mention ordinary Shinōbi, I am referring to individuals like Uchiha Mina."
Hitoshi's voice filled with admiration as he spoke of the Uchiha Clan's newfound fame in Shinōbi World. Their film and television productions were of exceptional quality, with actors who possessed more than just good looks—they had talent. Hitoshi couldn't help but appreciate the Uchiha Clan, which boasted the likes of Uchiha Itachi, a highly skilled shinobi who delivered remarkable performances.
Naturally, when discussing the Uchiha Clan, the conversation naturally shifted to the Kurama Clan. As the Uchiha Film Industry soared, so too did the reputation of Kurama Special Effects. Known for their ability to create stunning fight scenes and transform them into Illusory Domains, the Kurama Clan's Genjutsu skills were unparalleled.
"Uchiha Film Industry and Kurama Special Effects have become household names in Shinōbi World," Shamon commented.
Hitoshi was surprised that Shamon was aware of these two companies. He had assumed that Shamon wouldn't pay attention to such matters.
"The technology involved in screen mapping requires expertise in material science. Konoha lacks strength in that area. So, the two clans contacted me and offered to sell their products at a reasonable price," Shamon explained, glancing deeply at Hitoshi.
"Don't worry, Shamon-sama. In the future, many aspects will become independent, just like your research institute. They will no longer be solely dedicated to serving the Hidden Villages but will also serve private interests. You can even establish your own research institute. Sunagakure will evolve to a point where it stands as the main pillar, supplemented by its own industries," Hitoshi assured, explaining his vision of the future.
Hitoshi believed that patent laws would improve, and communication between the Hidden Villages would gradually increase. Companies like Uchiha Film Industry, Kurama Special Effects, and their own logistics company had already made their mark. In the future, more companies would emerge, such as Kirigakure Shipbuilding, Iwagakure Construction, and Kumogakure Sports.
Hitoshi felt a great sense of joy. Under his leadership, Sunagakure was steadily rising, not solely relying on his own military might but harnessing the strength of the village as a whole. With an abundance of talented individuals, Sunagakure was establishing a virtuous cycle that would lead to even greater strength in the future.
The other Hidden Villages also recognized that military might was no longer the sole measure of strength for the Five Great Hidden Villages. Strengthening other aspects and fostering mutual communication would be beneficial for their development.
"I plan to organize a film review competition to award the best actor, director, cameraman, scriptwriter, and more. This will facilitate our exchanges," Hitoshi suddenly announced to Shamon.
"Proceed as you see fit. You are now the leader of Sunagakure, and your decisions hold weight," Shamon replied with a smile on his face.
He had faith in Hitoshi, who took charge of Sunagakure during challenging times and led the village to glory as Kazekage. As long as Hitoshi had a plan, Shamon trusted his judgment.
Hitoshi wasted no time and immediately sent a message to the Four Kage, notifying them of the competition. To maintain a sense of informality and fairness, the review competition would take place at Tetsu no Kuni Mount Sanrō. The venue itself was not a concern; each village would contribute their resources to construct a suitable location.
Hitoshi's proposal received approval, and the Five Great Hidden Villages set their plans in motion. Konoha's representative team would be led by Uchiha Film Industry and Kurama Special Effects, featuring actors from both noble clans and common backgrounds. The script for the competition promised an unprecedented level of excitement.
