Training with Kakashi

The next day Haruto woke up early as always and was about to go out for his morning training but when he reached the exit he was greeted by Itachi and his parents. He greeted them and told them what he was going to do.

Hearing him Itachi also joined him and they both went outside. After three hours or so they came back covered in sweat and dirt and they both were gasping for air. When Mikoto was about to ask them what happened Itachi exclaimed, "I won!!!". Hearing him Haruto snorted and said, "next time you will lose and besides the score is still 53 to 57, me being ahead." At his answer Itachi glared at him and said, "it's 55 to 57 including today."

Hearing them Mikoto started chuckling and when the boys heard her they got embarrassed and apologised for causing a ruckus. Haruto went towards Fugaku and whispered in his ears, "you remember our deal right?"

"Yeah yeah whatever take this brat" said Fugaku with an annoyed expression. Haruto took the scrolls and said, "I hope we have such deals in the future as well." Itachi saw this and asked, "what did you got from father?"

Fugaku glared at Haruto like saying, 'don't ever dare to tell him'. Haruto who understood him said, "it's some of your clan basic taijutsu and genjutsu which is given to me for training purposes." Hearing his answer Itachi nodded but was still unsatisfied with it.

Later that morning everyone had breakfast and started preparing to leave. Fugaku has already left early for some clan business and now the kids were at the door. When they were about to leave Mikoto called Haruto and said, "report to me everything about Itachi and Izumi ok." Haruto gave a thumbs up and said, "leave it to me" and was about to leave but before he could go Mikoto hugged him and said, "don't strain yourself too much and come to see us often you are just like my own son so never forget it." Haruto returned her hug and said, "understood.

After walking for a while Haruto said, "ok now I am going to train so I guess we separate our ways here." Haruto started running and was running throughout the village finding Kakashi. After a long time he found Kakashi standing in front of a huge structure. Haruto approached him and stood beside him.

Kakashi had already noticed him and knew who was it so he didn't do anything and kept standing in front of the KIA stone. While standing Haruto asked Kakashi, "what is this structure Kakashi-sensei and what are these names written on it." Haruto noticed that Kakashi was very sad and wanted to know the reason behind it. Kakashi turned towards him and said, "it is the KIA stone and the names on it are the names of many heroes of Konoha."

When Haruto heard him he understood why Kakashi understood the reason for his sadness and slightly nodded his head and also stood silently near the stone. Seeing him mourning along with him Kakashi was surprised but didn't said anything and kept his silence.

After standing for a while they got out of their silence and Haruto turned towards Kakashi and asked, "for whom were you here?" Kakashi turned towards him and said, "my old teammates Rin Nohara and Obito Uchiha, we were on the same team and were under Minato-sensei as our jonin instructor. The sharingan that I posses is the one given to me by Obito before he died."

Hearing Kakashi Haruto felt sad and didn't said anything. Though he wanted to ask how they died he refrained from doing so as he felt that it will make Kakashi remember his past.

Recovering from his stupor Haruto said, "hey sensei you are going to teach me today right." Hearing Haruto's question Kakashi looked at him and gave a large sigh and said, "okay I promised you that I will teach you. Follow me at your full speed."

They both vanished from their spots and were running and jumping over the houses and buildings. After running for a while they were on the hokage monument and came to a rocky terrain with some trees present in the area closer to the lake present at a distance away from them.

Kakashi said, "you already know how to use rasengan so I guess there is no need to tell you about shape manipulation the hard part here is that you have low affinity towards lighting chakra so we are going to start with some basics." After saying this Kakashi took out a bag and gave it to Haruto and said, "go and bring some leaves and come as quickly as possible."

Haruto nodded and ran towards a tree. After five minutes he came bag with a bag full of leaves. Kakashi put down the book which he was reading and looked towards Haruto and said, "now make as many shadow clones as you can."

Haruto made a seal and 30 shadow clones emerged with a smoke. Seeing the number of clones Kakashi mentally sighed and thought, 'I know he has large chakra reserves as he is an Uzumaki but still it hurts.' Haruto not knowing what he was thinking and looked at him for more instructions.

Kakashi saw him staring at him and said, "now make each of your clones take a leaf from the bag and try to wrinkle it by passing lightning chakra through it and as for the shadow clones I think that Jiraya-Sama has already told you about it right." Haruto nodded and said in a cold tone, "how can I forget that damn pervert using this technique peeking at various women and smiling like an idiot. He is way too disgusting when he is doing his 'research'. I will surely kick his ass for doing such things one day."

Kakashi heard him and thought, 'when this kid gets older and stronger Jiraya-Sama is surely going to experience hell dealing with him, I pity him.'

While Kakashi was thinking this Haruto had already started his training. He kept on doing this until all his clones vanished and he started to rest. After catching up his breath and regaining some of his chakra back he again started doing his training.

After three hours of continuous struggle he was able to slightly wrinkle the leaf seeing which Kakashi said, "good you are progressing at a good rate. At this rate we can start the real training in a week." Hearing him Haruto frowned and glared at Kakashi.

Kakashi noticed his glare and took out a leaf and passed chakra through it. When he passed it the whole leaf wrinkled seeing which Haruto was surprised. Kakashi said, "unless you are able to do this much you cannot learn chidori as it is necessary or your body will get harmed."

Seeing the seriousness in Kakashi's words Haruto nodded his head but said, "only three days and I will get it done at any cost." Seeing his determination Kakashi got impressed and started to look forward to it with a smile under his mask which soon turned into disappointment when he remembered that he will have less time for himself and his book.
