Naruto FanF: Bratva

The pain was excruciating at first. Alexender had been shot and felt the worst pain that a human can feel in their body. Then, it started burning like there was a hell in his abdomen. But after a moment, there was nothing. Only numbness thanks to his adrenaline. Despite the pain, he kept fighting for the sake of his unit and the mission. Even if he was the last operative left, he would complete the mission. In his attempt to avenge his fallen comrades, he fell into a trap. There were numerous contacts waiting for him, ready to finish him off the moment he entered the perimeter. A mere second, there was a moment when he thought the mission would be successful. he thought his comrades wouldn't have died in vain, and he could finally return home to take care of his little brother. He could even start a family and close his life in peace with someone who accepted him. But it was all just an illusion. A teams of French legionaries were pointing their newly acquired HK14 rifles at him. They were shouting in a language that three years ago he would have just laughed at their accent. Alexender tried to take out his stolen Glock to fire his last bullets, but he couldn't feel his whole body. Looking down, he could see six to ten bullet holes in his abdomen. He fell backward, his vision blurring as the life began to leave his body. Even though he couldn't feel anything in his body, he felt regret, anger, and sadness that he couldn't complete the mission and return the promise that he made to his little brother. Tears streamed down his face, and closed his eyes, waiting for death to come. "Damn, that hurts." Chapter 1: The 2nd unwanted chance

As Alexender took in the serene surroundings of the verdant garden, he heard a voice calling out his name. Confused and disoriented from his recent passing, he struggled to make sense of his surroundings. The tranquil beauty of the place was almost too peaceful for someone like hime, a battle-hardened veteran who had seen the horrors of war.

Amidst the lush greenery, he spotted a hill with an ancient tree, beneath which stood a table with two chairs. Seated on the right chair was a being that radiated a pure white glow, emanating a sense of majestic power. He was awestruck by the perfection of its form, from the delicacy of its wings to the graceful curves of its body.

"Greetings, Alexander Kuznetsov," spoke the being, setting down a cup of tea in front of Alexender. "I have been keeping a close eye on you for some time, but I must admit, I fail to see what is so special about you."

Alexender couldn't help but feel a sense of unease at the being's words, and he hesitated before he approached the being. As he walked towards it, he felt an inexplicable lightness, as if his body was weightless.

"Excuse me, but where am I?" He asked tentatively.

The being gave a dismissive wave of its hand. "This is a place beyond your mortal understanding. You may call it the afterlife if you wish, but that is not entirely accurate."

"Sorry, but... I don't really know who you are and... what do you mean by this not being the afterlife?" Alexender asked while eyeing the being from top to bottom with caution. While he knew he had died, his paranoid self was still keeping him from letting his guard down.

"Come on, Mr. Kuznetsov, don't be shy, sit down on the chair," said the being with a mocking tone. He started walking towards the chair, and with every step, he noticed that he couldn't feel the weight of his body, as if he was light as a feather. When Alexender arrived at his destination, he sat down in his given place.

"Well, to answer your question, yes, you are effectively dead, but not in the afterlife," responded the being with a slight glint of amusement.

"What do you mean I am not in the afterlife? This place is like the most descriptive place that can at least be heaven for the religions on Earth. And if not, where are we? Who are you?" Asked Alexender, frowning at him. He kept a calm demeanor as if it were an everyday occurrence.

"Please calm down, sir. I am just a mere servant of the mighty lord, and to answer your question, we are in the road of the afterlife, or what you call heaven and hell. You could put it as a tunnel between death and what can be after that."

"Your lord that you talk about, is it... God?"

"You could put it like that, the creator of everything, but that's not the reason why you are here. You see, my master gave you... hmm, you could say a second chance," his eyes stared at the being while he though why the almighty God, the creator of everything, gave him a second chance. Alexender, who had killed countless men, made his squad die, and participated in some of the most gruesome operations in the name of his so called 'motherland.' he kept himself from asking if this was some sort of a joke.

Even though he would like to try another life, he doesn't want it. It would be an insult to those he'd killed, tortured, and destroyed.

"I thank you for... this second chance, sir, but I can't accept it. I've done too much bad shit for me to deserve a second chance. I am sorry, sir, for asking the obvious, but why does God watch me?" While he was talking, the being watched him while taking a sip of his tea.

"I honestly don't know, Mr. Kuznetsov, but declining a second chance is unexpected. Some men regret and want to fix themselves with this chance, while others will take this opportunity to live life to its fullest. But you... I now know a bit more why he is interested in you, but unfortunately, you can't decline this order. I know you may be frustrated, but my master wanted to give you a second chance and try to live your life to its fullest." It was unexpected. Alexender lived his life for the sake of his family. He did everything for them and never did anything for himself. Selfishness was not an option when you become the man of the house at an early age. Even with all of that, he clearly don't deserve a second chance.

He sighed and started talking, trying to come to terms with his new reality.

"Well, that is... unfortunate indeed. But if I have to be reborn, I at least want to keep my memories and a picture of me and my family. And the most important thing of all, please do not get me reborn as a female. I've seen what humans can do in case of war at the gender." He couldn't shake the haunting memories of the atrocities that he had witnessed in the Philippines by the chinese.

"To tell you the truth, the master said that you can have a slight to help you in your journey and be whatever you can be. But bringing objects from your world can be... a bit disturbing for the well-being of the world. I will try to make your demand a reality, but you are to be 'reborn', so you will be without them until we can judge you capable of carrying your personal objects."

He breathed a sigh of relief, grateful that his wish would be granted. "I really thank you for accepting my wish. This is all I have to remember them, but you said I can have some sort of 'advantage'. What do you mean by that? Is it some kind of magic or something, like those novels and mangas?"

The being chuckled and responded, "Yes, that is what you think. But this world is a bit complex. I am sure you know very well about this world, and thus, we know that you can be a great personage in this world. But I will let you discover. Well, I think we have a deal, right? Right, let's go." The being stood up and started walking towards a mysterious door that appeared out of nowhere, while Alexender shouted, "Wait, I at least want to be in a wealthy family..."

But before he could finish his sentence, the being entered the door, and he could see the world from the door turning black, slowly advancing towards him like a black hole, engulfing everything in its path. His heart raced with fear and excitement as he braced himself for the unknown journey that lay ahead.

----------------------------------------

As Alexender regained consciousness, he was surrounded by darkness and nothingness. But then, suddenly, he felt warmth. It was a strange sensation that he hadn't experienced before in that place. he tried to shake off the feeling that he might be in a hot place. The thought of being in a scorching location was unbearable to him. he didn't know why, but it freaked him out.

As he was trying to make sense of his surroundings, he felt something grasp his head, pulling him in some direction. he tried to resist, but the force was too strong. He was being pulled towards the light at the end of the tunnel.

When he was finally pulled out of that warmth place, he sensed the coldness in the air. It was freezing, and he shivered uncontrollably. He felt like his skull was about to be crushed like eggs by whatever had grasped it earlier.

But that wasn't the only thing he could feel. He could hear a woman screaming like her life depended on it. It was an ear-piercing sound that made his heart race. Amidst her screams, he could hear the voices of other men and women talking to her.

When he emerged from the warm place, he realized that he was a baby. The cold reality of his situation hit him hard. The feeling of coldness, the screams of the people around him, the wrapped cloth that enveloped him - he was reborn.

"look at *** he **** **** you *****? how *** we ****** our ***?" a weak voice spoke at the man beside her as he handed Alexender over.

He tried to focus on the conversation of the men and women who were talking, hoping to glean some information about his current location. They were speaking in a pattern of Japanese language that was slightly different from the version he had learned a month before his mission with the Chinese in the Japanese sea to land in the Japanese archipelago.

"**** What do you **** of, hmm, Izaku?" a men said.

'Izaku? Was that my name? Not a bad name.' thought Izaku.

'At least my parents seemed to have put some thought into it.' It seemed like he was in Japan, but the being that spoke to him earlier had said that it was a world different from his.

'I hoped that it wasn't some terrible time of war and chaos, although the ancient Japanese language that the people were speaking suggested otherwise.' thought Izaku.

"Izaku... yes, Izaku Utsukame, the 2nd heir of the Utsukame clan," the man said.

His heart sank. Being an heir of a clan meant a life of constant assassination attempts, robbery attempts, and the possibility of being caught up in a war like the Sengoku era with other powerful clans. He had thought that he could live a peaceful life, but now that seemed unlikely. At least he seemed to have been given to a wealthy family.

He tried to open his eyes, but a blinding white light flashed over them. His eyes adjusted to the light, and he tried to take in his surroundings to get a sense of the era he was in. But everything was blurry. Perhaps it was because he was a newborn.

As his eyes adjusted to the light, he looked up to see what was supposed to be his father. He looked at him like he was a precious jewel. His mother, on the other hand, cried tears of joy as she held him in her arms. 'It wasn't that bad to have a new family.' he thought.

"Welcome to the family, Izaku."

*1 month later after birth*

The month preceding his birth was a tedious and mundane experience. The only respite from his boredom was his mental training with the Spetsnaz, which helped keep his mind sharp. However, being a baby with limited mental capacity proved to be a challenge. He often found himself struggling to formulate plans for the future or guessing his whereabouts, which ultimately led to exhaustion and frequent napping.

But the worst part was undoubtedly being fed with his mother's milk. It was a necessary part of his early development, but the memory of it was a bit embarrassing. Despite his reluctance, it was an integral part of my growth and Izaku knew he had to endure it.

He couldn't help but feel a sense of attachment towards them, especially his mother. Despite not being his 'real' parents, something within him wanted to spend his life with them. It was a confusing mix of emotions that left him feeling overwhelmed and uncertain.

*9 months later after birth*

As he finally gained the ability to crawl, he found himself with a newfound sense of freedom. Though it wasn't exactly the most practical way to get around, it allowed him to explore his home and stave off the boredom that had been plaguing him. As he made his way through the house, he marveled at the juxtaposition of the traditional-looking Japanese house and the modern kitchen and furnishings. He couldn't help but feel like he was part of some magical, ancient family living in a world that was both old and new.

But his curiosity got the best of him, and he couldn't resist taking a peek out the kitchen window while his parents slept. He climbed up onto a chair and piled some pillows on top of it until he was just high enough to see outside. And what he saw was breathtaking. Men and women in kimonos walked the streets, the sun shining down on them and the air cleaner than anything he'd breathed since before the war in the Before.

But as he was getting ready to climb down, he lost his footing and fell headfirst towards the ground. he felt a moment of panic wash over his, convinced that he was going to die again only nine months after his first death.

But then, miraculously, a hand caught his just in time, saving him from what would surely have been an embarrassing fate.

"Lucky you, I was her little boy. You gave me the scariest moment of my life, you know," his father sighed, shaking his head. Then he started walking back to Izaku's room with the used pillows, no doubt for his curiosity that almost got him killed and classed him in a video titled "The most embarrassing death possible".

Looking up, he froze. Izaku's father was looking straight at him with the warmest smile he could get, but that was not the problem...

As the father noticed the scarred face of his child that is stared at him, he said "Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to scare you, little boy," he said with a smile. "This," he pointed at his face, "is the Sharingan. One day, you will get like this one, and you will become powerful like your dad. Now get some sleep, you need it," he said as he placed his son down in his baby bed.

The Sharingan was spinning wildly, replaced by an onyx-colored eye that kept looking at him with amusement as Izaku gaped in surprise. Then he kissed him on the forehead and whispered, "Good night, little boy. Love ya'," before departing from his chamber and leaving him with a dumbfounded expression.

"Sharingan...old-style house...kimonos as normal clothes outside..." I kept looking at the ceiling with no real thought in my head because of the newly found information about this world.

"Godverdomme, I am in...the Naruto world...where anyone can become a god...where toddlers can kill grown men with ease...and it seems I am in the warring state period before the name Uchiha replaced the Utsukame, or long after the Naruto era where Uchiha name is forgotten..."

"Oh kurwa," I muttered. Those were my first words in this world.
