Chapter 79: Endgame (4)

As Mujin was about to absorb the core, he felt something cold pass through him, looking down he saw a sword and blade suddenly pierced onto his body.

"Guah!" Caught by surprise he jumped off. A trail of blood spilling on the ground.

"What the…!" he looked at the wielder of the weapon and saw both Blade God and Yeowun. The two of them have their lips slightly raised in triumph.

"You!"

"Finally got you!" The two exclaimed. Which made Cheon Mujin bitter, he was caught off guard because of his memontary greed. This is shameful for him, for the first time he was caught off guard and the cause of that being his greed.

"Grab the core!" Ark Wui shouted to the two to which Yeowun compiled first.

Yeowun dashed at Mujin, outstretching his hand but as soon as he got close Mujin plummeted his fist on his face.

"Tsk!" Blade God followed suit as he too dash forward while aiming for the core.

Extreme Art of the Blade God, 4th Formation

King's Blade

Blade God's body bended in an impossible angle as dozens of deadly blade arcs left his blade. The blade aimed for Mujin with deadly tenacity, Mujin managed to dodge some of the slashes but due to the injury he suffered from the surprise attack earlier some managed to bypass him.

Mujin's body lay riddled with wounds, blood pouring down from his body. He looked so ragged and tired.

"GUAAAAAHHH!!" Mujin shouted as he punched Blade God continuously. Each punch containing the power to level a mountain, soon Blade God's defense crumbled and he was pummeled to the ground.

"For the True Skydemon Order!!" Mujin almost forgot that Yeowun brought the cult traitors. Seeing Mujin wounded and depleted of energy they all decided that it was prime time to kill the latter.

However before the traitors could near Mujin, the latter heard the ground rumble and shake. A small smile of relief left Mujin's mouth and when he looked at the direction of the rumbling he saw all of his warriors, with fierce gaze and fanatical look.

"Brothers!!! The Supreme Sovereign have shown us his divine prowess once again and now it is time for us to repay his divine mercy!!" The cultist leading his twelve thousand man army shouted with a heated voice.

"Off with those traitor's heads!!" And with his command the twelve thousand man army descended and headed for Yeowun's army.

On Yeowun's army were the three remaining from the Six Swords. Baekgi, Ko Wang Hur, and Mun Ku, those were the three that survived previously from Mujin.

"This is the time to show our loyalty to the true lord!" Hu Bong, Yeowun's first subordinate shouted.

"Get ready Cultist of the True Skydemon Order!!"

"Baekgi! Ko Wang Hur! Mun Ku! We will get our revenge today! Attack!!" And with that shout, they poured in and clashed with Mujin's army.

"My dear brother, you picked some great subordinates," Mujin said with a bloody smile.

"Shut that damn mouth of yours!" Yeowun replied.

"No need to be so cold like that, after all we are from the same father, Cheon Yujong" Mujin said.

"Don't! Don't ever utter his name with that dirty mouth of yours!" Yeowun furiously and madly said to Mujin with poison lacing his tongue.

"Come on, even if circumstance gets on the way, he is still my father nonetheless, I could say his name whenever I want"

"You killed him! You're the reason why he's gone! You have no right to say his name nor do you deserve to carry our surname! You're nothing but a snake!"

"If I'm a snake then you're a weak boy!!" Mujin replied with a shout.

"I killed your father! I took your Six Sword's life!I have taken the throne for myself! Changed the cult for the better and now I stand before you more superior than ever yet you can't do anything to me because you're weak!"

"You can throw the most vile insult a tongue can conjure but that won't change the fact that you are weak! Then and now! You are the same little fragile boy I found at the entrance gate of the academy."

"And I will show to you once who is the superior one" Then Mujin ate the core. Normally it should be consumed by absorbing it but the latter straight up swallowed the core.

"NOOOO!!" Yeowun shouted, he tried to stop Mujin but the strong wind pressure from the latter pushed him away.

The weight of existence lifted, and in that sacred moment, profound clarity descended upon him like a gentle rain.

The cacophony of thoughts that once clouded his mind dispersed, revealing the radiant core of truth that had eluded him for so long. The energy of the five core worked in harmony reaching a new state of realm.

It was as if the universe whispered its deepest secrets, and with every breath, he became a vessel for the cosmic symphony of understanding.

In the stillness of that awakening, he transcended the mundane, embracing a boundless enlightenment that flowed through him like a river of eternal wisdom.

He became. A Heavenly Master.

"Bow down before me" Then Mujin grabbed Blade God and Yeowun.

"Shit! I'll escape this timeline!" Trying to save himself, Blade God tried to tap into his time machine once again but Mujin prevented him from doing so by finally decapitating his head.

His head fell on the ground with a thud. One of the most powerful beings in the martial world, revered as the God of Blade, now fallen to Mujin's hand.

Then he pointed his hand at the floating orb containing Ark Wui and Feng Bo, and then with a crushing motion he clasped his hand.

The orb then crushed the two, killing them in the most painful manner.

And with that three Divine Master level being fell dead to a single man.

"I cannot kill you brother, but I can inflict pain to you greater than you will ever feel" Mujin muttered, then he once again lifted his hand.

An ominous feeling washed over Yeowun's body as he saw an impending doom come from his malevolent hands.

"No! No! No!"

"EVERYONE RUN!!" Yeowun shouted desperately to his people but it was too late.

"PLEASE! DON'T DO THIS!!" He begged but it was futile nonetheless.

"I have given you so many chances, Yeowun but you have thrown it everytime"

He pointed it at Yeowun's army, and then he made a descending motion. Suddenly, everyone from Yeowun's army except for Mun Ku, Baek Gi, and Ko Wang Hur suddenly burst to the ground.

They all crashed to death from Mujin's telekinesis.

"This will be the last time, and now I will take compensation from you" Mujin then crushed all of Yeowun's limbs destroying them with a twist and then he telekinetically pulled Mun Ku towards him and smiled.

"What are you doing!! Stop this right now! Please don't bring her into this! You can kill me just please don't bring her into this!" Yeowun begged with teary eyes. It was almost pathetic to watch.

"What's happening!" Mun Ku shouted as she was lifted off from the ground.

"My Lord! Please help me!!"

"NOO! MUN KU!"

"Shut up will ya" Mujin tapped Mun Ku's neck making her unconcious. Then he looked at Yeowun and said,

"Now you must pay the price of ignorance" He smiled.

And with that the war ended. The war that would be known as the War of Fate. A war that decided the fate of the entire martial world.
