All the team members were gathered inside the meeting room, sitting awkwardly around the table.

It had already been two days since Sid and Asue's fight, but the way Sid was looking at Asue made everyone uncomfortable.

"Stop it; she has already apologized," said Alex, who was sitting at one end of the oval-shaped table.

"what?" Sid asked as if he didn't know what Alex was talking about.

"fine, just shut up and start the meeting; I have better jobs to do than sitting here with her."

Alex sighed and didn't say anything else about the matter.

Sid, on the other hand, threw another mean look at Asue before looking away.

"as you know, our next goal is to form a guild, and for that, we have to fulfill a few requirements," said Alex, "first, you need to reach level 50. After that, we each have to go through a special quest called a rank quest to change our rank from zero to one, which is called the iron rank.

The rank quest for each person is different from the other, and you can take it how many times you want, but with each subsequent failure, the results you get from the rank quest will become lower in quality, so I suggest you get ready and do all you can to pass it the first time."

"How hard is it to pass?" asked Kate.

"with your current stats and skills, I'm sure you all can pass it on your first try but just passing it isn't enough; if you want to become more powerful, you need to complete the quest with a good completion rate." Answered Alex.

"what are the rewards?" asked Sid, a little intrigued.

"no, sorry. It really is unknown what quest you will get. But one thing that I can tell you is that your job quality affects the difficulty.

Since your job is only a rare job, I'm sure it won't be that hard."

One of the things that really worried Alex was exactly that. He had never heard of a mythic job, and he wasn't sure how hard the rank quest would be.

What worried him even more was that Emily, too, had a mythic job. With her being a kid on a solo quest, Alex wasn't even sure if he would let her take on the quest.

While it was better to take the quest as soon as you reached the minimum required level, he had no choice but to delay her rank up.

"what about the kids then?" asked Max.

As they were talking, Asue, who had been quiet the whole time, raised her hand and said, "I don't think I can participate in the training. I have my own training root I want to take if that's ok."

"that's totally fine. Can you please tell us about your plan? Reyhan is also an elementalist, so you can help her too," said Max, hoping to get a bit of help in the training.

He knew that Asue was talented and skilled enough to handle herself, so if she had any plans that could improve the team's overall power, he would happily hear her.

"I…" Asue looked at Sid with a guilty look before taking a deep breath and saying, "I want to train the legendary fire so I can use it as a source for my attacks. Since our elements are different, I won't be able to teach Reyhan anything but the basics."
