The Chakra Circulatory System also has 361 Chakra trigger points, while the main points are only 64. However, scientific knowledge went deeper, and Naruto was eager to read all the scientific documents on the Chakra Circulation System, as well as Chakra itself, published by the Research and Science Department.

Going deeper, we actually start from the very beginning. A Chakra is a combination of two Energies in the human body, the Physical Energy and the Spiritual Energy.

Naruto divided into two groups of things by which you can increase these Energies in your body.

The first important things that can be marked to increase Physical Energy include:

Any kind of physical exercise that increases our fitness, mobility, strength, conditioning, endurance, immunity or general health. Others are regeneration, cold baths or walruses, saunas, exposure to adverse conditions for the body, physical pain caused by various factors, better/cleaner quality of blood and lymph, healthy diet, hydration....

And things that increase Spiritual Energy are as follows:

Meditation, reading books, studying, juggling balls, improving Chakra control, sleep, doing several things at once, breathing techniques, improving one's character and self-improvement, kept discipline, tea brewing rituals, philosophy, mental and memory-enhancing exercises....

It is also known that several of these things combine and increase both of these energies. There are quite a few other things he didn't mention, such as origin and lineage, but they are imposed on us from above and we have no control over them.

By mixing these two Energies together, you can get Chakra. But how do you have to mix them? How is it done exactly? The answer is simple, you need to awaken or otherwise activate your Chakra Circulatory System to do it consciously. Without this, these Energies mix unconsciously, without our control, by themselves, but in the case of Naruto, who has a damaged Chakra Circulation System, this does not happen....

And here we have an interesting point that Naruto came to. Where specifically do the two Energies mix? Physical Energy is naturally in every cell of the body, while Spiritual Energy supposedly resides in several places, such as the brain, heart and Soul.

No one but the Research and Science Department has delved into the subject of where they specifically mix. And Naruto found this research and analyzed it thoroughly.

If one were to ask ordinary people or Shinobi, they would answer that they mix in some place in the body or in the Chakra Circulatory System, but this is a half-truth.

The Research and Science Department concluded that just as the circulatory system has a heart as such an organ that pumps blood, the Chakra Circulatory System also has some kind of "core." However, no research has found such an organ in the human body. For what it's worth, another study has shown that in the lower part of the abdomen, precisely closer to the spine, Chakra likes to store there. And the Chakra Circulatory System is heavily vascularized there. It was discovered that the Chakra vessels in that place have small openings, as do the Chakra triggers, the number of which was discovered, as many as 121, and in very close proximity to each other. They named that place the Core, where the most Chakra resides.

It was later confirmed that in the Chakra Core, the two Energies mix, forming the Chakra itself. In no other place is the Physical and Spiritual Energy able to mix "unconsciously", only here and this is a very interesting and unexplained phenomenon. However, when a Shinobi has very good control over Chakra and the two Energies in the body, they can be mixed in every cell of the body to create Chakra. That is, to put it simply, Physical Energy and Spiritual Energy unconsciously and without our control mix in the Chakra Core, and when one has good control over Chakra, one can consciously, these two Energies mix in any other place.

However, Chakra always goes to the Chakra Core place if we want to use it. It then enters the Chakra Circulatory System through these 121 small holes, after which it is used for some specific purpose.

However, apart from the Chakra Core, where nearly 80% of the total Chakra capacity "resides," the rest is distributed throughout the body, more at random. The Chakra Core itself is not the place where Chakra resides all the time, it moves around the body unconsciously. And when a shinobi desires to use it, it immediately returns to the very place called the Chakra Core and from there, through small openings, it enters the Chakra Circulation System.

When Naruto finished reviewing all his research on just the Chakra Circulatory System, he took in a two-dimensional image of his Chakra Circulatory System's vascular distribution.

The Chakra Circulatory System grows with age, like the rest of the body, it develops, and the Chakra vessels innervate more and more throughout the body. And despite the damage to Naruto's Chakra System, he continued to develop, but in a very bad and slow way.

He held in his hand the first two-dimensional image taken by Tsunade when he was an infant. With the naked eye, any person could tell that it was in very bad condition, the Chakra vessels were cracked and damaged, some were deformed, and in some places several parts were missing. It was difficult to describe, but Tsunade claimed for all eight years, and continues to claim, that she was unable to repair it. The damage is beyond repair, and it is becoming more difficult with each passing month, by the continued development of the Chakra System. It grows despite the destruction at the beginning of Naruto's life and creates something even more incurable.

The only upside is that the mere development of the Chakra System in Naruto, does not threaten his life, but as a precaution, Tsunade always every six months, takes an x-ray of his Chakra System and analyzes it.
