NAARA: Blind Sword (English)

Love, peace, happiness, warmth. What's all that? He had forgotten all those feelings or maybe, he never really felt them. I don't know ... he hesitated but it was clear to him that life had stopped when he was eight years old. * "Useless child, why don't you just die!" "I am very unlucky to have a child like you. It would have been better if you had never been born!" Yes. Those were just a few of the curses his father always uttered. If only before being born, he was asked by God whether he wanted to be born or not then he would never want to. If he could choose where he wanted to be born, he wouldn't choose his parents. Will never. pop pop pop! The man kept hitting and kicking him even when his body was bleeding, he didn't care. Even if he fainted, dying or died, he wouldn't care either. Even the man would be very happy because the child he had considered trash for so long was gone. What wrong have I done? After being ruthlessly tortured, he would curl up crying under the bed. His body hurts but his heart hurts more. Why? Why? Why?!!! He wanted to scream, scream as loud as he could. If only his mother came and hugged him maybe the pain would be less but forget it. The woman didn't even want to touch him. Even though she did not participate in the torture, the woman was always cold and indifferent. "Naara...." A hand reached out to him. "Brother...." He raised his head and saw someone smiling warmly and looking at him lovingly. The only person he had was Isura, his older brother. Isura pulled him out of the darkness and hugged him. To him, Isura's embrace was heaven. Where he can feel calm, peaceful and forget the pain. Despite the way their parents treat them otherwise, they still love each other. To him Isura was everything but once again fate was unfair. One night the incident happened, an incident in which he lost everything. "Na-Naara... promise me that you will live ..." Isura died shortly after receiving their father's deadly attack aimed at him. "Y-brother... sob... sob...." Since that night, he had become an empty and very empty person. There was nothing left in his heart but a strong ambition to take revenge against his father. Then... will he succeed? Will he stay on the path of revenge even though the author has sent a girl who will bring him out of the darkness and fill his heart with feelings he once forgot? Does he still want to immerse himself in empty darkness even though the author has sent people who consider him a friend and appreciate his existence? Who knows. No one knows even the author himself. So let's leave it all to the universe.

1: Chased Anoa

The starry sky was slowly displaced by the red clouds, a sign that the night was coming to an end and a new day was about to begin.

The sound of river water flowing in the valley gives a calming atmosphere in a forest that is hundreds of years old.  There was a young man sitting washing his face, a rainbow glow could be seen in every drop of water that sprinkled and caught the soft rays of the sun that crept in from the sidelines of the leaves.

Hoam ....

The young man stood stretching his body then shifted to straightening his red hair which most of his bangs covered the left side of his face as well as tidying up the dark green coat he was wearing, after which he looked up at the sky.  Here you can see his eyes are different from anyone's.  The eye is silver and has no lens in the center so you can tell that it cannot see.  Even though it seemed creepy but when those eyes were hit by the sunlight like this time, they looked exactly like twin moons shining silver light.

"Huh. Stubborn," he muttered as his ears caught the sound of footsteps breaking through the bush and rushing toward him.

"Stop you, Naara Arude !!!"  Someone's scream accompanied by the sound of the eruption made a scene throughout the forest.

Naara Arude, is a man who since one year ago has been included in the anoa list of wanted books (the name for the police in this story) with an S-rank predicate.  Within a period of one year he was already the number three most wanted person by many, that was because the anoa had charged a fantastic price for anyone who could catch him alive or dead.

Currently he is running away from the pursuit of ten fully armed anoa.  The weapons they use are not M-4, Desert Eagle, AK-47, grenades or the like but arrows but make no mistake because the arrows they use are not random arrows.  The author has made it a little more deadly by making the arrowhead able to explode when it is embedded in the target's body or in any object it is stuck in.  The author named it PAMBLE (Panah Mbledhos)

Even though the pamble's explosive power is not too big but it is enough to make a hole the size of a baseball, you can imagine for yourself if the pamble is embedded deep in your chest it will quickly destroy your heart so that any doctor will not be able to prevent you from going to the afterlife.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, the gusts of wind shake the dwarf stalks that cover the ground and form a beautiful panorama.

In the middle of a dewy meadow, on top of a large boulder, a cute yellow-haired girl was sitting while humming a little.

Her tiny hands were busy assembling what seemed to be grass.  Her blue eyes focused on the slender stalks she was stacking.

"Heh ... What is it?"  Her head lifted when she felt that something had just passed beside her but when her turned head, her found nothing.

For a moment she looked up at the sky, letting the soft light of the morning sun hit his face.

"Come on, hurry! He's this way!"  The sound of someone accompanied by many footsteps echoed from the direction of the forest exit.

"Th-they ... could it be?"

She jumped from her seat and immediately collected her things and ran as fast as she could.

"Stop you, bastard!!!"  The voice of one behind him echoed.

"Oh no!"

She continued to run along the meadow followed by ten anoa behind her who continued to clear the distance.

"I don't want to die. I don't want to. I don't want to. I beg anyone, HELP!!"

A second after she shouted, suddenly a sword flashed a few inches from her temple and stabbed an anoa in the back.

Instinctively, she looked for the origin of the sword and found the figure of a red-haired man standing at the edge of the meadow.

"He ...."

"You bastard! Shoot !!!"

"E-eh ..." She interrupted her reverie when the anoa opened fire towards the man on the other end but the man dodged it calm.

After the previous shot failed, the anoa launched a brutal shot.  Seeing this, she immediately ran out of the battle line to then watch.

"A-amazing!"  She was dumbfounded in awe when the figure of her savior displayed an amazing swordplay that swept away all the pambles.

The battle of swords and pambles made a scene along the meadow area and continued until a few moments later the battle had to end with the anoa's pamble run out.

The faces of the anoa that had been so confident had turned into faces full of panic.  Unlike the man over there who was still standing quietly.

After a few seconds the atmosphere became silent and ...

Jleb!

The man dashed towards them and in less than ten seconds all of the anoa had been knocked down.

How could they not, some of them had already fallen before they were cut.

OOOO

After the tension ended, the yellow mane was still in place, watching the red-haired man who savior walked over to the body of an anoa and forcibly pulled out the sword stuck there and then just walked away.

"W-wait!"  She ran over.  Again for a few seconds she did not flinch as she looked at the man's face up close, ah, no, to be precise looking at the man's two eyes which did not have lenses like normal eyes, to be honest it looked scary.

"I-I want to say thank you. Thank you for helping me," she said bowing respectfully, causing the man whose full name is Naara Arude to arch his eyebrows.  Honestly, Naara didn't understand why the person in front of him said thank you.  Not understanding, Naara shifted the person's tiny body and just walked away.

The wind was blowing, blowing the leaves from the tree, the girl did not stay where she was with her eyes still watching Naara's back which kept moving away.  In her mind she had lots of questions about him, especially about the strange eyes he had.  Not having a lens there is a big possibility that the eye is blind, but ... remembering the way he fought and defeated all the anoa and how he walked didn't show that he was blind.

"Who the hell is he?"  She muttered while watching until her eyes widened slightly, surprised to see the figure she was observing suddenly zigzagging like a person about to pass out.

"H-hi!"  She quickly ran over to him and just a second after she got behind the man, the man fell  into her catch.

"Hi, what's wrong with you?"  She looked at the face of the man who was unconscious.  Unable to bear the weight, she sat down slowly and laid the man down on the grass.

What's wrong with him?  Is he hurt?  That's what she thought.  To confirm it, she tried to check whether there was a wound on the man's body or not but she did not find anything, it should be if there was a wound at least there would be blood spots on the clothes he was wearing.  Why did she still have to undress him to be more sure?

Open.  Not.  Open.  Not.  For a moment she hesitated until finally she decided to open it and wow, the perfect muscles wrapped in white skin fascinated him but at the same time she was also concerned because she found many old scars that had spread in various places.  She wondered what the man had been through to the point that his body could receive so many injuries.

A few moments after confirming there were no injuries at all, she returned to cover the body with a dark green coat that had been wrapped around it from the start and then turned to look at the unconscious face, if you look around it turns out that the face of the owner of hair as red as rose petals is handsome too.

"Actually, who is he? I can feel that he has enormous qiwer."

Haah ....

She let out a heavy breath and then stood up and looked at the clear blue sky without clouds.  "I wish it could always be like this," she murmured, closing his eyes, absorbing every calm the gentle breeze brought.  The smell of the grass that was still embraced by the dew pampered his lungs.  Five seconds later she opened her eyes and looked back at the man below her, she scanned the man's entire body until finally she focused on the two swords lying beside it master's body.  Don't know what she was thinking, she suddenly showed a wicked smile.
