With the powerful enhancement of the Badge "Street Runner", Lee's speed skyrocketed. He instantly escaped the close-range attack of the Black Armor spawnmen, then circled around to the back of a shattered stone wall to look again at the agile figure clad in black armor.

The base was huge, divided up into multiple similar sectors, each with distinct colors for the single-soldier gear. It was probably designed for distinguishing the tool soldiers in different bases.
