On the way

Aria surprise to see Keitarou walking towards her house when she want to go out for something and knows Ryouhei not home because of work that make her wonder why he’s there. She greets him, “Ohayou, Keitarou-kun.”

“Ohayou!” Keitarou a bit surprise with that sudden greetings.

Aria says, “If you’re looking for Ryo-chan, he’s not at home.”

“I’m not looking for him.” Keitarou give a paper bag to her while say, “I found this and I thought you will like it.”

“What’s with sudden gift?” Aria asks that even she knows that guy always suddenly give present to people close to him. She checks the thing inside it and happy to see it is something that she likes.

Keitarou seem searching for excuse and says, “I heard from Ryouhei that you always complain to him that you feel restless and I happen found something that may help you.”

Aria really happy to hear that and says, “Thank you so much. Oh, I should treat tea for you.”

“You’re not on the way to other place just now?” ask Keitarou.

“I also wonder why I go out…” Aria tilt her head to think before says, “Maybe to welcome you here.”

Both of them get in the house and Keitarou surprise to see inside the house. Aria says, “When I think back, this is the first time you get into my house, right? This is just a normal house that fills with things that I like.”

“Just things that you like? I could various kimonos here.” Keitarou think that house looks like show room for kimono as almost every corner has it.

Aria place kettle on the top of stove to boil water inside it and says, “Well, I’m daughter of kimono house. I grow up to like it even I never imagine that.”

Keitarou watches Aria prepares drink at the kitchen and it is pleasant scene to watch for him. When he realizes what he’s doing, he quickly changes his focus and notice pamphlet of a play where there are Rin’s picture on it. He asks, “Rin-chan send this to you?”

Aria carefully serves nice hot tea on the table and says, “Yeah, it is for her graduation play. You should join us to watch it and celebrate with her.”

“Us?” Keitarou knows who the person involves but he wonders if there are other people will join.

“For sure, Ryo-chan and I since my parent can’t come due to some business they have to attend on that day. My parent never allows me to go anywhere alone even I’m already an adult.” Aria knows her parent want to watch Rin’s performance since they’re proud of her. She take sip of her tea and leave out such a satisfy sigh since that is actually her first time using that tea leaves and get the right taste. She may look like doesn’t care about that but she’s quite picky about her tea that make her prefer to prepare it by herself.

Keitarou says, “I will have to check schedule with my manager first and tell Ryouhei once I confirm.”

“I’m sure Rin-chan will be happy when you’re there because you’re her friend.” Aria says that and that guy nod as reply.

That guy soon excuse himself as he only plan to send that bag to her before leaves but extend his stay there.

Few days after that, Ryouhei invites Aria to join for dinner and she agree with it. She whines when meet up with him, “I’m starving right now~!”

“You must forget to take your meal today.” Ryouhei could guess that as it happens frequently when it is busy days.

Aria take sip of her drink before says, “We have a lot of customer todays and short of staffs. I only realize the time when you mail, asking if you want to join for dinner.”

“You know you have to take meal on time or you will get sick again.” Ryouhei scold her but it seem that girl doesn’t listen to him and only focus browsing the menu, to choose what she want to eat.

Keitarou says, “Let’s tell her when she has the focus.”

They choose what they want and wait for their orders arrive before Ryouhei could say, “We will go to Seoul together!”

“Really?! I need to tell Rin-chan right away~!” say Aria as she takes out her phone to send mail to her best friend. She really want to make phone call but thinks that girl may busy at the moment since it is crucial time.

Aria really excited while they are on the way to the airport because she, Ryouhei and Keitarou will go to Seoul to watch Rin’s graduation play. She feels curious about her best friend’s plan after the studies since she get no clue. She’s humming some songs and hears annoying comment from the driver’s seats, “Stop singing Hiro-kun’s songs!”

“Ryo-chan is jealous because I never sing his songs~!” Aria ‘happily’ sings that.

Keitarou chuckles before says, “Just let her do that or she will continue annoy you during the flight.” He turns to her and asks, “Do you get enough sleep last night?”

“I think only for few hours before Ryo-chan knock my door.” Say Aria. She could see Keitarou and Ryouhei exchange glance before put their focus back to the road.

Rin checks her phone to see short mail from Aria that they will get on the place soon with picture attachment of her with those two male idols. She a bit surprise to see Keitarou in the picture and remember that girl has told her that guy will join.

“Rin, we need to do dress rehearsal in few minutes. Be on stage right away.” Mira grabs her attention.

Yana notices her walk towards the stage and she stops her to say, “Let me fix the clothes. It crooked at the collar.”

Rin feel really relieve since the costumes that she’s wearing is not too feminine like dresses and skirts. The beginning scene, she wears neutral-colored wide-leg pants, black crop top, red sneakers, and flannel tied to her waist. She will have few changes of clothing as the play progress.

After her clothes get fixes, Rin awkwardly says, “Thanks… I guess.”

“Just enjoy what you do. Even it is my script; it’s you who make it happen.” Yana says ‘good luck’ in her way before walk towards the audiences’ seats.

The dress rehearsal goes smoothly as everything is perfect and Rin has to rush out as she already agrees to fetch her friends once they reach there. She changes the clothes to her own outfits before going out and manage to avoid anyone from following her.

Aria dashes towards Rin as soon she detects her among the crowds and happily says, “You’re here!”

Rin giggles to hear that and says, “That’s supposed to be my words! You’re so hyper!”

“Of course I’m hyper because you will graduate and return to Japan.” Aria excitedly mentions that as she breaks off the hug.

Rin seem a bit worry about that and want to say something but Ryouhei’s voice reaches their ears, “Does both of you have some sort superpower? Aria-chan is practically ‘sees’ you from miles away.” She could see the male idols wear some disguises; more to wear shades with cap or mask while her best friend… stay the same, choose to wear something that modest and not wearing kimono.

“We’re twins by bond and no one could argue about that.” Aria says that while hugging Rin.

Keitarou says, “No wonder she never stop talking about you before this; on how you really worry about her if anything happen to you….” He wants to tell more things but Rin already cover his mouth.

Rin quickly say to change topic, “Let’s go check the house as I’m sure there is someone who too excited and didn’t get enough sleep last night.”

They go to the house that Rin said she rents for them and Aria really amazes with the house. She turn to her best friend and says, “This is a great house~!”

“Yeah, we will share a room and the boys in other room. Just try not to mess up the house since there is no housekeeper here.” Rin place the key on the kitchen counter.

They watch Aria happily skipping towards one of the couch before make herself comfortable and doze off. Everyone is literally sweat-dropped to watch that scene as it look like a cat gets ready for nap.

Ryouhei decide to ask, “You have things for cooking? I’m sure it would be trouble when public notice 2 idols, 1 dancer and 1 citizen being seen together since there may be fans report about two of us arrive here.”

“I think we should buy some ingredient as the kitchen lack on that area. I can show you to nearest supermarket but Aria asleep….” Rin battles in her mind if she should stay home with Aria or show the way to the guys. She knows her best friend will not awake for few hours.

Keitarou come out with an idea, “I will stay home with her. Ryouhei has to tag along as it will be him who is cooking and you know the way. Rather than trust us with directions that make confuse us, you should lead the way for him.”

Rin ask Ryouhei while they at supermarket, “How’s she?”

“Aria-chan?” Ryouhei wonder if she asking about that girl and knows it is true when only silent get to him before he says, “So far, so good. Lately, she’s more staying at home as she keeps coughing.”

“She must forget to check her surroundings again. That only happens because she doesn’t realize the changes in temperature. She needs to be more alert.” Rin feel a bit guilty for not being there. Usually, it will be her to remind that girl if anything will happen.

They choose what they want to cook for their meal before return back to the house. Rin seem worry about something and he notices that. He casually grabs a snack while says, “I heard some rumors.”

Rin manage to make guess on what is it and says, “Ne, I want to tell you something but don’t freak out.”

Ryouhei only nods and wait for her to say. When he hears it, he almost screams but Rin quickly cover his mouth that come with warning, “Keep it as secret until I reveal that myself.”

Aria opens her eyes to see no one around and wonder where everyone goes before she notices someone at the balcony. She asks, “Who’s there?”

“You should wear your glasses before ask that kind of question.” Keitarou almost chuckles when say that since the distance between the couch that she fall asleep and his standing place is quite close but she can’t see him.

Aria tries to guess where her glasses are but at the end, Keitarou help her to wear it and he says, “Both Rin and Ryouhei are going out to buy ingredient for today’s meal.”

Aria whines to hear that and says, “Eh~! I want to eat outside~!”

“We will do that later since I’m sure none of us want to deal with fans for this moment. We need to get ready for Rin’s play.” Keitarou tries to calm that girl down.

It seem Aria still half-awake because she somehow accept that with open heart, “If like that, I will just continue my sleep~!” Without wait any response, she doze off back at same place.

Keitarou wonders about something, “How she could fall asleep that easy?”

“We’re back!” Ryouhei and Rin reach home an hour after that and could see only that particular girl still asleep on same couch.

They want to ask about that girl but Keitarou already inform them, “She’s awake for few minutes to whine about how she wants to eat outside before fall back to sleep.”

“It seem what we imagine will come to true. She won’t wake up that easy once she get comfortable place.” Rin explains that as Ryouhei already go to the kitchen to keep up things they bought.

They take their seats at couches to relax and watch some random TV show since it still early. They almost jump off from their seating when Aria awake and says in loud voice, “I miss eat giant ichigo parfait~!”

Ryouhei retort, “Just what kind of dream you have?”

“I’m sure we could guess what it is.” Keitarou tries not to jump into weird conclusion.

Rin goes to Aria and says, “You should be more alert and I heard you have been taking off-days from shop. You get sick again?”

“This time is not that severe as I have taken my medicine.” Aria pouts that last for a moment before she begins talking about many things and slowly ignores the guys. She wants to make sure her best friend up to date with everything.

When being asks what her future plan is, Rin only says, “I will tell you soon.”
