Before the Big Day

“Hey, it has been so long since I last heard from you,” Rin says when meeting up with Aria. That girl happens to be in Seoul for some kind of work and they decide to meet at a cafe.

Aria bashfully chuckles, “Hehe… I have been busy these past few months. Things change in such a huge way and I have to take it easy or I won’t stand.”

“So, what are you planning for now? It's only like… less than two months away from your wedding, right?” Rin can’t believe her childhood friend would get married to her ex-boyfriend.

“Everyone keeps saying on how I should rest but it feels awkward when I only stay while Kei-chan’s outside, working hard.” Aria keeps stirring her drink.

“I thought you loved to laze around like a sloth. You used to that when we were growing up.” Rin retort.

Aria almost shouted out loud, “Hey, that’s disrespect to sloth!” she quickly covered her mouth out of embarrassment before saying, “I have to grow up since I can’t depend on other people anymore.”
