Walking dead 4.

The first person to act was Rake. He quickly activated his power and touched the ground slightly with his palm.

When doing this, his skin colour start to change, not just only his skin, but his entire body was changing on doing. Although there was no alteration in his size, that wasn't what his power was meant to do.

Rakes power has something to do with body enhancement, regardless, there was still something different. One is that he has to make contact with any object he wants to enhance his body.

For instance, if Rake wants a solid body that came withstand a bullet or so, then he has to touch what so ever material or object that can withstand a bullet.

Aside from that, there is also one thing his power privileges him to do.

After his body has somewhat turned into a mixture of sand and rock, Rake throws his hand up over him and soon an earth wall rose from the ground to block the bullets.

"Quick, everyone, retreat, I can buy you guys sometime...!" Rake shouted to those behind him.

Everyone was startled at the sight before them, even the militants have stopped shooting on seeing the superstitious fate Rake was able to perform.

"We are dealing with a superhuman here, don't hold back, fire all we got," the woman with a slender body ordered again.

Boom...!!!

Just after she gave the command, a rocket fired off from a bazooka and hit the earth wall Rake created. A side of the wall was destroyed as multiple bullets came hitting the few survival's on that angle.

Noticing this, Rake quickly made some amendments to the wall but multiple more rocks came crashing to the wall.

"What are you guys waiting for...?! I can't hold on like this forever!!!" Rake shouted as he started to repair the wall.

This particular wall has snapped the others out of their daze as they all flee through the corners. Of course, there were still does that were unfortunate and were hit by a bullet or more killing them on the spot.

"Rake...! Why will you show your secret now?" Kim shouted at Rake.

"It's of no use Kim, they were already planning to kill us, what is the essence of hiding our power when we are going to die, even if we don't make it out here alive, at least let's take some of them along with us...!" Rake was detained.

He planted his foot on the ground and pushed his hands forward. "ahhh...!!!" he let out a cry of struggle.

The earth wall was being pushed forward slightly by Rake doing this.

"We have to help him..!" pine suggested as he also unleashed his power. A light sword was created. He wanted to rush forward but was grabbed by Kim.

"Are you stupid, do you think you can block all those bullets..!" Kim said angrily.

"But we have to help.." Pine replied.

Kim could only shake his head in disappointment before looking at Chuck. "You might not be able to fight but your power is something useful, find a way to teleport Pine to the enemy side without being spotted," Kim instructed.

Chuck could only nod his head and then place his hand on Pine's shoulder. The two soon disappeared from Kim's front.

Meanwhile, Rake was still busy rebuilding the earth wall. The wall has become a headache for the militants since it was the only barrier that blocked them from killing the others.

Because of this, all attention was pined onto it as multiple bullets along with rocket missiles came flying towards him.

They were so focused and carried away by their actions that at the sandbags beside the wall, none of the militants noticed the two people that suddenly appeared behind them.

Pine clenched tight on his self-made light sword glowing yellow. He swung the sword at one of the militants slicing through its body like a hot knife on butter.

He didn't waste time to extend the same fate to the others. "Head towards the other sandbag!" Pine pointed out to Chuck who quickly activated his power and the two were off again to another location nearby.

When selecting where to go, Pine was marking out those with the bazooka and was taking them down slowly. This has given Rake more room to breathe as he also switched from defensive mode to offensive.

Since the majority of the bazookas were being killed, the wall that He created was destroyed less and this made him not focus on rebuilding the wall.

'I don't think I have much time to handle the earth, anytime from now, I should look for something else to copy,' Rake thought as he picked up a huge chunk of rock at the side and toss it at the militant firing at him.

Kim who have been hiding behind a wall created by Rake saw something from behind. 'Shit...why will they call such a thing here, are we creating so much problem already,' he thought and rushed to inform Rake however, it seemed like the latter have also noticed what was coming from behind.

Without a doubt, heading towards them were two armoured tanks. On getting closer, the tankers fired at them.

Rake seeing this, quickly start to raise the earth's wall one after another to block the cannon that was fired. Unfortunately, this was a tanker and not a bazooka.

The cannon bypassed each other wall with ease. However, when it was about to hit the two, Chuck suddenly appeared in between the two and used his teleportation power on them.

Boom...!!!

Even the shock wave of the cannon somewhat affected the militants, however, they were already trained for this, and it didn't do much to them other than a few disturbing rings on their ears.

Meanwhile, Chuck has managed to teleport the others to safety, at least for now. Their location wasn't far from the battlefield, in fact, it was within the battlefield at one of the sandbags that was set in a circular shape.

"I can't... I won't be able to use my power again, I have used it so much," Chuck announced disappointed at himself for his performance.

"Me also...am running out of time, the only way I can continue to use my power is if I switch to something else, a new element.." Rake also announced.

Hearing this, Kim felt a headache raising. 'Should I have stayed, should I have listened to his advice and stayed inside, all the people that died were all because of me,'

"It's not your fault, we have no choice so don't blame yourself for what happened," as if Pine could read Kim's mind he cheered him up.

Kim could only respond with a nod. "I don't know but if Chuck can't teleport anymore, that means Pine you are out," Kim said wearing a serious facial expression.

Kim knows that he has to come up with a plan, it's only a matter of time before they will be found. That's when his eye caught a water tanker beside the wall.

"I don't know how much time you have, but I don't think there is anything useful nearby you can touch that's why I want you Pine to throw a spear at that tanker. Although it's quite a distance away from us, am sure that the pressure inside should be able to push some to our side," Kim instructed.

Pine on getting this command started to gather his power. Although he mostly creates swords with his power, the truth is that he can change their shape. Just then as he finished gathering his power and turned it into a spear.

He quickly thrust it forth at the tank.

Rather than make a hole, when the spear hit the take, it exploded splashing out water around the area.

"Now...!!!" Kim shouted.

Rake quickly rose his last earth wall and started running towards the water tank. With more water pouring out of the tank, Rake spread out his hand as he allows the water to cover his body.

'This is what I want, with more related elements beside me, I can do something with this,' Rake thought as his body started to change also. They become transparent and at the same time liquid.

Most attention was pointed at him. They started to shoot at him but it was not of no use, all the bullets were just passing through his body.

'I have to utilize my time well this time,' Rake thought. He made a swiping cut with his hand across to the militants.

Just by doing this, some tiny thread of water was sent out slicing and killing those it touched.

Meanwhile, inside the weapon house, Nate has just finished what he is doing. "It's time to act." he smiled.
