Fighting back now was never an option for Mia. The people that just stopped them were equipped with a rifle that one could only see in the hands of the military personnel.

Right now, their truck was currently high-jacked by the criminal.

While Red and Co were forming in anger, Mia was busy observing the troops. So far they had been led to a particular area that Mia did not know about.

From where they have passed so far, Mia can tell that they are being led into the woods, instead of a hood.

He was kind of flicking out, the particular reason for this constant is the air the people were emitting. He of all people knows that any wrong move now will warrant those people making use of their guns...

However, if Mia and the rest were to be killed now, they would reincarnate on the other side of Kai.

But the last thing Mia wasn't now was to be reincarnated at this moment because this would spoil many things for them. This is because Kai had told them how security-tight the base on his side was, and if more of him were to just appear, things would not be going as they planned.

Because they were moving in cars, they were able to reach their destination faster.

When the five sets of military cars with the two trucks came to a stop at an old wheelhouse, the top had already been covered with weeds and more leaves.

Soon more people dress in weird clothes and tree leaves. One of the things Mia had noticed was that they all looked dirty and poor, but this was a normal sight in an apocalyptic world.

Soon they were handcuffed and led out of the car...

Purple and Red could only look at the goods that took them quite some time to load into the truck being taken by some strange bandit...

"This life is hell" muttered Red on his breath.

Looking around to make sure that there was no one looking at them, Mia said.

"Don't worry, nightfall this the time we start plotting a plan on how to get out of here"

"Stop talking!!" A fat man with a wipe yelled at the front.

'Don't worry, when I take over your base, you will not be able to use those mouths of yours' Mia looked at the chubby fat man.

"They are the ones that were caught running away with the food when we found them," a man said to the fat man.

"And so what...they need to be taught a lesson for trying to steal from us," said the fat man.

"Ohh...you want to punish a special visitor of the boss?" The man's eye twinkled a bit as he looked at the fat man who was already peeing his pants.

"Please don't tell the boss" the fat man pleaded as he ran out that instant.

Mia did not fail to hear the conversation as he was wounded.

'Special visitors...who might this be' Mia thought as they proceeded into the wheelhouse.

Getting inside the wheelhouse, Mia's eye condensed that instant.

From what he was seeing, unlike Kai who had explained that his base side was that of some type of organization that knew about the apocalypse and had prepared for the worst to come, the base he and the triplets found themself right now was like a survival base.

Looking at the people working and how they were carrying out tasks, Mia already knows that they are not being treated well, but who cares, caresses already had something to be grateful for that they at least chose to take people in.

Mia having played some games and having watched some apocalypse movies knows that taking some citizens in was not something that was done out of a good heart.

Just like he was thinking, from different rooms he could hear the cry of some woman and more.

Staying here was kind of irritating Mia and he was feeling a bit of pity for the helpless people though, but on thinking back on one of the statements about the skull, he killed all kinds of pity in him.

Soon, Mia and the rest were brought into a room, inside this room was nothing but an unstoppable White light bulb that kept going off and on.

On the wall of the room were some sketches of different human private parts.

Not long after they entered, the door was opened again as a skinny young man not far from the size of a stick man with an eye patch stepped into the room.

Skinny and Chris stepped into the room.

"I have a lot of questions, I know you, you are my son's friend, but what I don't understand is why there are the four of you, Even if you dye your hair color, I can still tell that you all are the same, so explain" Chris did not even beat around the bush as he asked his question right there and then.

Mia was confused.

'What the hell is he talking about?' Just when they were all asking this same question, Mia started to feel like he knew the man standing before him.

That was when one of the memories flashes back to the original owner of the body they are occupying now hitting their head.

'This is, Nate's dad' down on him, Mia panicked...

"You better talk or I will kill you just like I did to my son" Chris threatened.

More memories start to hit Mia and the others the more, and at the same time, a plan is already being plotted for Mia's mind.

A smile appeared on his face slightly, not to make things suspicious.

"You must be a good father, right?" Mia started the first stage of his plan.

"I'm Mia Nate's friend, or used to be back then anyway"

"Speak fast, you low life!" Skinny shouted at Mia.

Cooking up a bunch of lies, Mia narrated himself.

Mia, being a clever person as said, knows that the best lie one could tell is by mixing it with some truth at some certain point so as not to make it sound suspicious...

"So you are one of those that have a strong power and yours is to clone yourself?" Chris holds his chin with his hand as he starts to think about something.

"You know, I have thought about getting rid of any superhuman I see, but after seeing how useful they could be if one was to stay in your base, I was thinking of how to start making some superhuman too"

"Now see what will happen" Chris's face became serious.

"You will stay in my base and the green-haired clone of yours can get to work on whatever you said he is working on and if I don't see any useful result from it then count yourself dead" Saying this Chris started to walk out of the room.

"Get them a good room for each of them, and make sure the clones are on the lookout every twenty-four hours. I don't want to get my hands dirty any time soon with the blood of a teenager"

Giving this command, Chris disappeared.

'Fool, you think separating us is enough to stop us, think again ' Mia smiled as he thought back to the things he just told Chris.
