Caught.

It is safe to say that Nate was caught off guard by the sudden change of plan.

He never expected it and wasn't ready to counter such an occurrence.

To top the matter, he is yet to have a clear plan on how to deal with the base. The reason for this is that he was just only trying to follow things step by step but never expected to be caught up.

Nate's initial plan was to use the first night in the base to scout the areas and activities around the base. This was something he managed to accomplish though, and then use the next day to make his plans.

After that, the next night which is the final night before D-day. He will then use the advantage of nighttime to put all his plans in motion for the next day.

However, General Goo seems to have something up himself and had changed the day of the attack. Right now, Nate was already on the D-day of the attack or because of the sudden change in plan.

Knowing fully well that his plans have been fucked up, Nate know he was to get ready for any outcome from his shortcoming.

Just now, he has finished transmitting the emergency warning to his horde in the other base and he trusts that they will do their best to eliminate the threat.

'I just finished transmitting to the prison base and I have also warned Sin about what is happening, now, I should try my best to at least make the force not be that great for them to handle, I have to do something,' Nate thought as he was now in the body of a random soldier he killed to take over his body.

He knows moving around with Zak's body will raise a lot of questions, so he decided to change his outfit.

'Although it's already D-day, I doubt that the General will start the attack as early as now after it is still dark and there is no sign of the sun yet,' Nate thought as he was moved to a particular area.

It was good news to Nate because now, he still has about a few hours before the general will start gathering troops that will be joining this mission. Of course, it's mandatory that Zak will follow and this was one of the reasons Nate did not want to move out with him right now else if anyone spots him, then this will create more problems and Nate doesn't have solutions.

'Shit...! Just what's wrong with General Goo, why will he make such a change suddenly!' Nate caused as he moved through the dark.

Luckily, Nate seems to have spotted who he was looking for as soon as he sneaked in.

This person was Kim who for some reason was still awake at the time of the day. The body was just sneaking around from one bunkhouse to another. He was simply gathering their ally on their escape plan.

However, as he was sneaking up to the window of a particular bunk, a hand covered his mouth and before he could make any noise to alert those in his surroundings, he found himself inside a building quite far from his previous location.

'That speed, am I...' Kim noted. Just as he thought this was his end, the hand let go of him and soon he could see who owns the hand.

"Who are you and why do you want?" Kim asked as soon as he was let go.

Nate not having the time to play around quickly opened his void and let his real body out.

"It's you, how... What are you doing here? why did you kidnap me?" Kim asked.

"I need your help, I want you to tell me where the base keeps the body of the dead soldiers or survival?" Nate demanded.

"For what? Why do you need to know such a place?" Kim asked but his hand was grabbed by Nate who squeezed it up.

"I don't have time to explain, if you lead me there, perhaps you might know the reason I want to know a such place.." this time, nates voice was a hush as if he was whispering.

Kim whose hand was being squeezed do not have any choice but lead Nate to where he demanded.

As they were going through those, Nate decided to share the reason why he was hesitant at this moment.

"Wait...you are truly intending to attack this base all alone? Are you this cocky about your strength, you know the force you are about to face right?" Kim asked.

"Yes, and that's why I want you to lead me to the place you know they took the dead bodies to?" Nate said reminding Kim of their initial goal for coming out...

"Fine...anyways, but don't blame me if we did not see anything in there, after all, I only have seen them taking in dead bodies into that place a couple of times, so I assume it's where they keep them," Kim said.

Soon, Kim has lead Nate into a special house. The house was just plain, a bungalow with no other house nearby.

Luckily, there was no guard nearby and this means a free pass for Nate.

"This is it, so can I go now," Kim asked

Seeing the house, Nate replied. "I thought you were curious about why I am planning to do... Anyways, you are now free to go, and remember my warning, stay away from what is about to happen now," Nate said as he walked into the house.

Kim bent his head in thought. The truth is that he was pretty curious about what Nate was planning to do and wanted to see it for himself. "ah..on a second thought, perhaps coming with you won't be that bad," Kim said as he rushed after Nate who was already inside the house.

Nate on entering the house noticed one thing and that was the temperature. 'It's cold in here, but I'm sure it's not enough to freeze me after all I now have thirty percent more resistance against cold than other zombies,' Nate thought.

Just then, he could see Kim running up to him. "You changed your mind...I wasn't surprised though, I have noticed you are the curious type," Nate commented.

Not letting Kim to reply him, Nate starts to walk through the house. They were walking through a straight hallway with doors by the side. Nate using his super hearing sense, could tell they were no sign of life in each door they pass through. Kim was kindly following Nate who was known back in the military soldier body as they scout the area.

Eventually, Nate and Kim reached the end of the hallway which now exposed a large wide space in the room. The room was like a gym hall and what made it look more like that was all the bags that were hanging on a rope attached to the ceiling.

This made it seem like a punching bag but Nate know that this was not the case. Inside the bags were dead bodies and Nate could tell that without even needing to open them.

Another strange thing also was that the room temperature dropped more than the system massage finally popped out.

Regardless of this, the light in the room suddenly went off and everywhere became dark.

"What is happening, did they find us?" Kim asked but didn't find Nate beside him. "Shit...did he just leave without me, I know I shouldn't have trusted him," Kim scolded himself.

However, he was helpless at this moment, he could hear the footsteps of some soldiers rushing through the hallway and will soon find him.

He decided to do the best he can by already kneeling with his hands up.

"There he is!" a shout was heard as three men that just arrived inside the house pointed their guns at Kim and then at someone else.

It was then that Kim noticed the soldier from before standing beside him. 'When did he get here, I thought he ran away?' Kim was confused and couldn't get his answers as his hand was cuffed and also that of the soldier that brought him here.

Soon, they were led out of the house. However, what Kim nor the soldiers know was that someone else was still inside the room.

'At that moment the light went off, I used that opportunity to look around this place and I now accumulate information about this place. All those rooms that I passed, was filled inside it is all dead body,' Nate thought.

'Since I don't have much time at hand, let's begin this fight,'
