The red gauntlet was a material known by all in the entire base when Sin was still functioning as the leader. It was well known by the top leaders since it was one of the first supernatural materials made by the base and after the attack from the matrix, Max, Zuni and Cab was fully aware of what the gauntlet could do and it was one among the materials that the matrix has corrupted with their power.

Knowing that the gauntlet was capable of making one lose control of their body, they all took a step back slightly afraid of touching it.

Meanwhile, Nate walked forward and picked up the gauntlet. "It's broken," he said as he held the battle grove in his hand.

"What are you doing, do you want to lose control of your body!" Max yelled at Nate. Whereas, Nate didn't bother and inspected the glove.

With the list of special power of the gauntlet, Nate know having such a weapon will do him good, but the problem here was that the gauntlet has a few cracks on it open one will insert his hand into the glove and Nate thought it might have been serious for the system to state it as a broken glove.

Of course, Nate recognized the gauntlet as something the matrix has used while attacking him and it must have the blood of the matrix on it. From what Nate understands in the case of the matrix blood, any instrument that has blood on it, once destroyed, the blood will wash away in form of a dark mist and Nate had seen this happen to the matrix rings.

"It does not have the matrix blood on them so it won't possess anyone," Nate explained to the others but they still didn't believe him. They were already thinking he might have fallen into the hands of the matrix by touching the glove in the first place.

Nate understanding what they might be thinking decided to place the glove on the table. "Someone under the matrix can't willingly do what I just did," Nate said to them.

Seeing that Nate was able to take his hand off the gauntlet, made the three calm down a little bit. "What's your next plan?" Cab asked.

"Before I disclose that, I have to do something first," Nate said to the others and went ahead to sit down on a corner of the house in a cross-leg position. "While I might be meditating, you all should keep absorbing the crystals because, by the time I'm out, we will be going hunting," Nate instructed and closed his eyes.

When calling out the skill, it was at this moment Nate realized that he didn't know how to use the skill. This skill was what he got after the mysterious rainfall, however, even getting this skill, Nate hasn't for once tried it out. This was because he had never encountered a situation like the one at hand.

With the skill now called out, Nate could only just follow his instincts on what to do. Nate summed the whitebonez brain and quickly shove it into his mouth before its scent could lick out.

However, the problem did not stop there, the next backlash was the test of the brain.

Nate has eaten the brains of humans since it increases their intelligence points. Although the brain was not as sweet compared with human flesh, they were not bad in the end, but the test he was getting from the whitebonez brain test remembered him so much of the first time he tried turning lyon. The test of his blood back then was enough for Nate to vomit and the same was happening now, but Nate was struggling to hold back. 'I can't spite this out now, else the smell might lick out and attract the other whitebonez to this place,' Nate thought as he hold the brain back into his mouth and soon, the message Nate was waiting for appeared.

Nate quickly clicked yes and he could feel something, it was a familiar feeling that he has the first time he entered the game. The world place turned dark and he could tell that it was spinning.

He found himself falling into an abyss with a small dot of light far in the distance. And the dot seems to be getting bigger as nate falls deep. Soon, his body went through the dot and he found himself in what seemed to be a school.

It was a kindergarten school and he could see children running up and down. 'I guess this is the memories of the person that was turned into a whitebonez,'

However, what Nate found strange about the place was that he couldn't see the face of those that were in the surrounding. He could see their body, cloth and more but when reaching their face, it would be hazy.

As Nate was wondering why this was so, the system notification explained it.

With this, Nate now understands why it was so, it was just like he entered the game, he was shown a flashback of his previous host of the body, and that's how the brain access works.

Just as Nate was wondering how he was meant to see his past, a young school body was just dropped off by his parents. Of course, the parent's faces were not visible, but Nate could see that of the body. 'You must be the one I'm looking for,' Nate thought as he followed the body into the school.

Honestly, Nate never thought the brain access will work, especially on a zombie's brain. It was made known to Nate since he started playing zombie games that the reason why zombies were crazy was that their minds have been corrupted by the virus, making them do things that normal humans were not supposed to do.

Either way, this also means that the zombie virus could be classified as a mental problem, with their mind damaged. With all this, Nate thought it would be near impossible to access the memories of the zombie.

But it all turned out that he was only underestimating the brain Skill.

In the brain he was in, he has been following the body up and down, and it was kind of boring to him so he decided to check something.

'Is there a way for me to fast-forward all this?' Nate was asking the system directly. And something was shown to him.

It was a hologram with a fast-forward button and a backward. There was another button in the centre and no doubt, this was for pause and play.

However, the main one that shocked Nate was the one on the top, on the long button that looks like a space bar on a keyboard, however, what was written was something nate never expected.

'A search engine,'

With this, doesn't that mean, I can simply search for the particular memory I'm looking for? For just to be sure his anticipation was correct, nate type something into the search engine and his surrounding changed entirely into a new ones.

'I'm really stupid for not thinking about this earlier,' Nate thought and couldn't help but be ashamed.
