Marcus and Tyra sat in the doctors office patiently waiting for him, well since Tyra had passed out it seemed very unusual to them.

"You didn't tell my dad or Keira right?" Tyra asked.

"No I didn't, but how do you feel right now?" Marcus asked all concerned as he put her hand on his lips.

"Marcus I feel great am sure it's nothing serious I read that it's perfectly normal to faint when a woman Is pregnant" Tyra assured him.

"Well I just don't want to risk your life or the baby's I want..." The doctor walked in before he could finish his sentence and sat right in front of them, they both leaned forward hoping to get some answers and put Marcus at ease.

"So Mrs Waters we ran some tests on you and your results are in" the doctor said.

" Is there anything wrong is my baby doing fine?" Tyra asked squeezing Marcus's hand.

"Everything appears normal with the baby am afraid the problem is with you" the doctor said looking saddened by it.

"What is the problem? what are you talking about?" Marcus said his voice sort of shaky.

"Mrs Waters you happened to have a fatal heart condition that is not corresponding with your pregnancy" a dead silence hit the room, both Marcus ad Tyra had their eyes glued on the doctor.

"Well can you treat her? What has to be done? I'll pay you anything ill do whatever it takes just tell me what to do" Marcus said all anxious. Tyra was quiet she had no words at all it felt like deja vu she didn't even hear what Marcus and the doctor were discussing the next thing she heard was Marcus raising his voice sounding angry he stood up frightening the doctor.

"Marcus stop!" Tyra interrupted as tears ran down her face, Marcus looked at her and hugged her realising what he just did.

"I will fix this OK no matter what I have to do I promise you I will..." Marcus said his voice all shaky his eyes watery.

"You can't fix everything Marcus at least not this" Tyra said all hopeless "I am going to die".

"No no baby don't say that I will not..." Marcus started..

"THIS IS WHAT KILLED MY MOTHER MARCUS!" Tyra interrupted him furious then he let her go "she had to choose between her life and Keira's and guess what she chose, you just can't fix everything" Tyra picked her bag and walked out the doctors office she leaned on the door and cried her heart out, Marcus sat back in his chair his eyes red while the doctor didn't know what to say or do.

Keira walked into the her father's house and the first thing he heard was George at the top of his voice "YOU CHEATED AND YOU KNOW IT VERY WELL MARTHA".

"The sooner you admit that you lost the better for you" Martha spoke out, she was the nurse that lived with George.

Keira walked to the living room were the supposed argument was taking place they were playing cards and well chaos broke out.

"Hey guys" Keira interrupted and they both rushed to hug her, Keira laughed just watching two really grown up people act like children.

"You're early dinner doesn't start till 9:30" Martha said looking at her wrist watch.

"Ya I want to pick some of my remaining stuff so that I can leave with it after dinner" Keira said smiling and all excited.

" Someone can't wait to live all alone, I'll go check on the food" Martha said and disappeared to the kitchen.

"She cheated on the game" George said all grumpy.

"Let it go dad" Keira said as she rushed upstairs.

Everyone sat at the table chatting and eating all happy except arcus and Tyra who were just pushing heir food around their plates.

"What's wrong with you two?" Keira asked being the first to notice.

"Did you have your first married couple spat?" Martha asked so glad she sat next to Marcus.

"No we are just tired right baby?" Tyra fake smiled at Marcus who just couldn't do it, Tyra noticed and quickly changed he excuse "I am pregnant so you know hormones and stuff".

"Must suck to be you right now" Keira added and put food in her mouth, Tyra stood up as she felt tears start to fill her eyes everyone looked at her surprised then they looked at Marcus.

"Marcus wanna join me on the balcony for a little chat?" George asked concerned.

"Ya sure" he put up a fake smile and followed George.

Tyra was looking at her reflection in the mirror her eyes were red and her tears couldn't stop flowing, she knew of the story of her mother and how she got her sister out of it she just didn't think it would be her someday, ,she quickly wiped her tears and walked out the bathroom she found Keira standing outside her arms wide open for a hug "get in their" she said smiling.

Tyra finally let out a real smile and hugged her sister the one person in the world she loved the most.

Soon enough they sat on the floor of keira's bedroom eating ice cream like children.

"Am gonna miss this room" Keira said looking around.

Tyra wasn't even listening to all the things Keira was saying she was still in shock and debating within herself she touched her tummy and wondered why it had to be her.

Keira turned back to her and touched Tyra's tummy too "I hope it's a girl"

"Keira do you remember that thing dad told us had killed mum?" Tyra started as calmly as she could.

Keira let go of her tummy and paid close attention to her face "what about it?".

"It turns out I have the same fate as mum did" Tyra said smiling and crying all at once.

"What are you saying Tyra, I don't understand" Keira stood up.

"I have to choose between my life and the baby's" Tyra said and placed her hands on her face. "It turns out that I inherited mums heart disease and I didn't know about it until now because of the pregnancy.

Keira sat on her bed feeling weak In her legs and soon enough she was crying "that that can't be...there has to be another way Tyra we will find you the best doctor in the world am not losing you Tyra".

Tyra sat beside her and embraced her, as she cried out so loud she just saw her entire world crumble in front of her.

"There has to be another way Tyra you can't die you can't live me alone, please I.....cant...I..can't....I...can't" Keira cried out holding Tyra tightly.

"Shhhhhh! It's all Gona be fine" Tyra said as tears continuously flowed down her cheeks "it's all gonna be okay".

That night Keira was slowly walking to her place with her hands in the pockets of her winter coat she was thinking about Tyra and what she could possibly do to help her. She reflected on how much her life had been easy with Tyra about all the things did for her how it felt like her mother never left she thought of how life would be unbearable without her, but what about the poor baby Keira thought what will happen to the baby. She was so caught up in her thoughts she didn't see the the 3 guys that were following her the whole time. When she thought of turning around to go back and get the things she forgot at her dad's house there they stood one of them carrying a knife, she didn't know what was more Scarry in that moment her legs were numb and somehow her voice was gone she clenched her fists unsure of what to do next.
