Chapter 40- Rule #1 of combat know your enemy

Mimi made her way towards Dominic's bedroom, under the guises that she needed the bathroom.

As Mimi wasn't sure which room personally belonged to Dominic, so she gently opened each door, looking inside. As she neared a particular door on the third floor of Dominic's mansion, she was greeted with the strong smell of Dominic's pheromones overwhelming her nostrils, and a devious smile came to her lips.

MiMi gentle open the door and walked in, inside the room was large and had the appearance and architect of a modern-day French renaissance, with white and gold finish. Compared to the rest of the home, which was simple in its appearance, Dominic's bedroom had its own personality.

Mimi felt excited, having now gained the ability to say she's been inside Dominic Lanxian bedroom, was step one complete.

He burst through the doors after doors until finally, he was greeted with an unimaginable scene.

Dominic back was facing him, and he stood towering over MiMi like a great warrior, watching her as he gasped for air with tears flowing from her eyes. The initial shock froze Kang Lei in his tracks "Mr Lanxian" he softly called out, Kang Lei was worried, his heart was praying Dominic wasn't hurt, which was ironic considering Dominic had again rendered the entire mansion immobile and was actually the one in the midst of attacking someone.

Upon hearing Kang Lei's voice did Dominic returned to his senses, he turned to face Kang Lei with his eyes slowly changing its colour and without a second thought, he walked straight over to Kang Lei and embraced him in his arms bathing in the sweet smell of his pheromones.
