CHAPTER 66.
Edward POV.
I forgot to ask Philip about the file that I seriously needed, so I decided to make my way out of my office to call Philip.
Immediately I stepped out of the elevator….. I saw a fragile-looking young lady, who seemed to have been crying.
She was walking like a lost child, and it seemed as if she was lost in her pretty baby thoughts.
Immediately she got close to me….. she collapsed in my embrace and let the tears which she had been holding fall down.
I panicked, and my mood became deadly.
I carried her in Princess style inside my office.
I asked Cecelia what happened to her, and instead of answering my question….. she replied to my question with a question.
She asked me if she was good enough and if she was going to succeed.
Hearing her question alone, I knew that someone must have insulted her badly, for her to start thinking this way.
I told her that she was good enough, and I did my best to advise her.
