"Did Mr Ardian have a fever?" Nayla asked herself with her hand still groping Ardian's forehead.
Ardian who felt Nayla's cold hand on his forehead opened his eyes slowly.
"Nayla, are you awake? What time is it?" asked Ardian who felt his back hurt from sleeping on the sofa.
"It's still morning sir, it's only two o'clock ... your body is hot? you better move to bed" Nayla replied, pulling Ardian's hand slowly to move to the bed.
With a slightly sore back, Ardian walked slightly bent over to the bed.
"Does your back hurt?" Nayla asked when she saw Ardian bend down slightly while holding his waist.
"I slept wrong maybe Nay." Ardian replied as he lay down on the bed.
"I'll massage, sir?" said Nayla, offering to massage Ardian's back so that the pain was reduced.
Ardian looked at Nayla in disbelief and was moved.
Without answering Nayla's words, Ardian changed his position to face down.
Cautiously, Nayla gently massaged Ardian's back.
"It doesn't feel right, sir?" Nayla asked, staring at the closed side of Ardian's face.
"It's okay Nay, that's enough." Ardian replied feeling the pressure of Nayla's soft hands have made his chest even more tight.
After a few minutes of Nayla massaging Ardian, Nayla saw Ardian fall asleep again.
Nayla stops the massage, then tried to exert a little strength. Nayla turned Ardian around so he could sleep comfortably and covered him to feel warm.
Nayla, who was not sleepy, got up from her seat and went to the kitchen to make porridge for Ardian's breakfast.
As time went on until dawn, Nayla had just finished stirring the porridge.
Nayla carefully put the porridge into a small bowl.
While carrying a bowl of porridge, Nayla opened the door to Ardian's room, but her steps stopped when she saw Ardian carrying out the dawn prayer very seriously.
Not wanting Ardian's prayers to be disturbed, Nayla walked silently, and put a bowl of porridge on the table.
Nayla sat on the edge of the bed, looking without blinking at Ardian, who was praying and reciting the Qur'an in a very melodious manner.
It didn't feel like Nayla's heart rippled with Ardian's attitude and behavior which reflected a very strong person of faith.
"You don't pray Nay?" asked Ardian, who suddenly appeared in front of him by folding his prayer mat.
"I'm menstruating sir." Nayla replied a little nervous with Ardian's gaze so calm, Ardian's face looked clean and clear.
"Take a shower, Nay, we have to go home early. I don't want Dad to worry about us." said Ardian sitting on a chair leaning slightly.
"Then you eat the porridge while it's hot, I'll take a shower for a while." said Nayla, pointing to the porridge on the table.
"Did you make it Nay? sorry to bother you." said Ardian with flowery caution.
"It's not a bother, sir, you've been kind to me so I should be nice to you too." Nayla replied smiling as she walked to the bathroom.
The morning sun had burst through Ardian's windows.
"It's ready Nay?" Ardian asked with a look that looked relaxed this time.
"Yes sir." Nayla replied looking at Ardian who looked handsome with his casual appearance.
"What's up Nay?" Ardian asked a little nervously with Nayla's gaze.
"You looks handsome in that shirt." replied Nayla honestly.
"Thanks Nay." said Ardian with a flushed face.
"So we're leaving now sir?" asked Nayla while carrying her bag.
Ardian nodded, walked out of the house and took Nayla's motorbike.
"Come on Nay, get on." said Ardian who was already sitting on the motorbike.
Nayla slowly got on the motorbike behind Ardian.
With a bated breath, Ardian felt his chest beating violently again as his heart was racing, as Nayla's soft hands wrapped around his waist.
"It's ready Nay?" Ardian asked, making sure that Nayla was sitting comfortably.
"Yes sir." replied Nayla who more or less smelled the mint scent on Ardian's body.
Ardian runs his motorbike slowly, so that Nayla feels comfortable and doesn't get bored.
Arriving at Nayla's house, Ardian and Nayla entered the house together.
Sasongko and Mother Nay already greeted with a smile.
"Please sit down Ardian." Sasongko said to Ardian who was standing beside Nayla.
"Sit down sir, I want to make a drink first." Nayla said quickly back before her parents questioned her.
"How, has Ardian talked to Nayla about marriage? what Nayla wants and agrees?" Asked Sasongko in an anxious manner.
"Nayla wants Dad, but I don't know what kind of marriage Nayla wants to do." Ardian replied seriously.
Sasongko and Mother Nay repeatedly gave thanks.
"Try calling Nayla here ma'am." said Sasongko to Mother Nay.
Mother Nay got up from her seat and walked back to call Nayla.
Not long after, Nayla came with Mother Nay with you bringing three glasses of hot tea and placed them on the table.
Mother Nay sat beside Sasongko, while Nayla sat beside Ardian.
"Nayla, is it true that you want to marry Ardian?" asked Sasongko with investigating eyes.
Nayla nodded slowly.
"Then what do you want to get married like Nay? at home or in a building?" asked Sasongko enthusiastically.
"I want to get married directly in the religious office. Dad, I'm not ready to get married on a large scale." said Nayla with a little fear if her father was angry.
"Nayla !! How come? its your wedding you have to celebrate and invite all village people." said Sasongko who was getting angry.
"Dad, can I talk to Nayla?" Ardian asked so he could talk to Nayla from heart to heart.
"Alright Ardian, go to Nayla's room and talk to her so that Nayla realizes what she said." said Sasongko who was always dizzy with Nayla's attitude.
Ardian nodded slowly, then walked following Nayla who was first in front.
In the room Nayla sat on the edge of the bed, while Ardian sat on a rattan chair.
"Nayla, why don't you want a big wedding?" Ardian asked carefully afraid that Nayla would get angry if he forced her.
"I don't want to hurt Kenzo sir, I've promised to wait for Kenzo for the next five months, I only want to marry you if I only marry in the religious office. No need to celebrate, I want a hidden wedding." said Nayla seriously looking at Ardian's face.
"I will fulfill your wish Nayla, the important thing is that our marriages are valid in the eyes of law and in the eyes of religion." said Ardian with a smile.
"And there's one more sir, after we get married I don't want to live in the village here, I want to live in the nearest town." asked Nayla again.
Ardian was silent, he couldn't understand why Nayla didn't want to stay in her village.
Ardian felt that he was faced with a problem, him as the head of the village how he could go back and forth from the city to the village which could be one hour more.
