Return and time skip

During the following days after finishing the mission, the three rested without doing many things. Sometimes they talked or played anything they could think of.

Kaku and Kaito became good friends, despite their differences in tastes and hobbies, they still enjoyed talking to each other. As for Kalifa, Kaito didn't bother Kalifa much, but there were times when Kaito didn't realize his actions which bothered or made her nervous. Their relationship between the two was close, they both considered themselves good friends, but there was always a deeper feeling that Kaito overlooked because of his serious character and Kalifa didn't know exactly what those feelings were. Kaku was the only one to realize this, but he did not want to meddle in matters beyond him.

The rest days ended and the three decided to continue their training. Despite trusting their strength, they decided to stop fighting with other wild beasts individually, also wanted to avoid wild beasts such as the last one that had a pack, despite not being able to win individually if they had confidence fighting all three together but no one could assure that they would not meet a herd much larger or stronger than last time.

Kaku trained his rankyaku, Kalifa fought with her legs and Kaito his kenbunshoku haki. Of the three, it was Kalifa who made the most advances in her training. Kaku also improved after training with a couple of tree branches, imagining they were swords. It was Kaito who had a harder time moving forward.

Kaito knew that it was difficult to train both types of haki at the same level. His busoshoku haki was already quite strong but his kenbunshoku haki was not so strong. Kaito could feel his surroundings to a certain distance. With training, the first thing he wanted was to increase the range of perception he had. After that, Kaito would train with the ability to prevent people's movements.

As for the training of the spiritual energy which was the basis of the haki, Kaito realized that meditation and basic exercises no longer gave great results and that during his combats with wild beasts were the moments where spiritual energy increased significantly.

Despite agreeing with his companions, Kaito still wished to fight with more wild beasts to improve his haki. But he decided to listen to his teammates.

After a few days, the three decided to learn something from one of their partners to learn more fighting techniques and styles.

Kaku being good at rankyaku and his fighting style that he was learning with the swords, taught his teammates how to use rankyaku in other ways during a fight.

Kalifa was good at dodging and attacking by surprise, she taught them how to choose the best time to attack after dodging an attack.

For his part, Kaito taught them the basics of haki, he knew that it was a little difficult for them to catch him in the short term, but it would not hurt to know some aspects of this.

Time passed normally and soon was the day they would come in search of the three to finish their training in the jungle of that island.

Instructor - I see that you have accomplished the mission we assign you, well done -

Kaito / Kalifa / Kaku - thank you sir! -

Instructor - well, since you have passed the test, once we return to the base you can rest for a week and then we will return with the training -

The three were glad to know that they could rest, unlike their days of rest in the jungle, it was much better to rest at the base since they would have more things to do during their free time.

The instructor covered the eyes of the three young again, this was to prevent them from knowing the way to the sea, since this island was often used as a training ground, and it would not be the only time they would come to train there again .

After walking being guided by the instructor for a few hours and unable to see anything, they finally reached the coast and boarded the ship that came to pick them up.

The ship sailed and the young people with their eyes already discovered moved away from the island. It would not be the last time that island would come to train.

The ship headed towards the base and when they arrived, the three returned to their cabin. After taking a proper shower, Kalifa being the most grateful for it, they lay on their beds and slept until the next day.

The days after their break time was the same, they got up early and started training until the sun began to disappear across the horizon.

There were days when they faced the members of the beginner group, of course they fought in struggles against several members at the same time due to the difference in power between the beginner group and the Kaito group.

That way the days passed, then the months and finally the years. Now three teenagers were seen in the training camp facing several Cipher Pol officers.

Instructor - enough! Kalifa wins -

In the center of the field an officer was lying on the ground, while a few steps away from him was a 19-year-old woman, long blond hair, a slender body, with large breasts and a wide waist. She was Kalifa.

Kalifa was glad for Kaito's words, on his side Kaito did not realize this and began to read his book, as for Kaku, he simply sighed.

The three continued talking, Kalifa was the last to fight a Cipher Pol officer, after discussing with other officers the instructor approached the three teenagers.

Instructor - very good guys, that has been all your training for today. I wanted to tell you that your time at the base as a recruit has ended and each of you will be appointed to a division in the following months -

The instructor spoke to Kaku and Kalifa, while he turned his eyes and looked at Kaito.

Kaito had been waiting for this for some time, after turning 16, Kaito thought his grandfather would call him back home, but in the end he had to wait until he was almost 18 years old.

After the instructor's last instructions, the three teenagers returned to their cabin. This had changed, because they were bigger. The cabin was divided for men and women separately, Kaito and Kaku still slept in the same room, but Kalifa slept in another. After returning to the room and lying in his bed, Kaito prepared to sleep.

First, a year after arriving on this island, Luffy had already eaten the Gomu Gomu no Mi, Shanks had already lost his arm. Then Garp would have left Luffy in Dadan's care, and he would have met Ace and Sabo.

Sabo would have already left the island and suffered that incident with the world nobles and joined the revolutionary army.

At the end of that year, Kaito and his companions learned through the newspaper how Rear Admiral Strawberry had ambushed the pirates of the sun and seriously injured Fisher Tiger, but in the end he escaped stealing a navy ship. Sometime later the death of Fisher Tiger was confirmed due to the wounds and the capture of Arlong by Borsalino.

Years later a news came out where it was reported that the pirate of the sun, Jimbe had been named shichibukai. He apparently made it to protect his homeland and to free Arlong.

And finally the last event that was published in the newspaper was the Levely that would take place in a few months.

Kaito knew that more events had occurred, but these did not directly affect him or he was simply not interested.
