It is the middle of the night and everyone on the boat has fallen asleep. It is only Amy and me that are still awake and I decided to come and sit next to her. I made sure that my shoulder is touching hers because I need her to know that I am here. When we touched I just know that this is where I want to be now.

There is something comforting about being next to her. I do not know what it is and I am sure I have never felt this with any other woman before. Unfortunately, she thought that I couldn't sit next to her earlier because I was too busy but I couldn't do it because of Lucy.

I knew if I walked past her again she would definitely let me sit next to her. I knew that I should just wait until she's asleep and then I would be able to sit next to Amy. Suddenly I could not stop a shiver running down my body because of the cold.
