Loel's Sweetness

Loel was staring at Jody while she was busy looking at the shelves inside the grocery store.

"Jody might melt by how you look at her," Cassy whispered to Loel.

The young man turned around. He didn't realize how close they were to him. Cassy was with Audrey and Laurie, and they were all looking at Loel.

"Ah.." Loel said, then he scratched his head. "I just looked at her. What's wrong with that?"

"The wrong thing is, you were staring at her so much that you didn't notice us," said Audrey. "If Zev is with you, he will surely be jealous."

"This won't make me jealous," Loel said.

"Shouldn't he?" Cassy asked.

"What do you mean?" asked Loel.

Cassy pulled Loel away from Audrey and Laurie. The two women frowned. When Cassy and Loel got away, Cassy even glanced at the friends Jody was talking to. Jody turned to Cassy and waved. She smiled slightly, then faced Loel again.
