"Hey!"

"You, my lovely sister, will feel my wrath today," he says and an unsettling feeling settles in the pit of my stomach at his tone.

"Black, I..."

Before I can say another word, he pounces on me and starts tickling me. His fingers work lightly and professionally as he tickles the side of my stomach and I let out a laugh.

"S- stop… you… win… just... stop" I reply short of breath.

"What was that? I couldn't hear anything over your loud laughter."

(Am gonna kill him one day.)

I struggle under him trying to break free from his grip but my muscles give way from exhaustion.

"Ser… iously… sto… p it!"

With one final shove, I successfully manage to push him away and lie down on the bed my entire body exhausted and drained from laughing so hard. After resting my muscles, I sit up and hit him.

"Ouch! Hey!"

"You deserve to be punched harder," I say, my hand bawled into a fist ready to punch him again but he holds my hand mid air.

"Now, now my dear sister, there's no need for violence right? Be a good little girl and go sleep. It's late."

"I will sleep when I want to thank you," I reply and cross my hands over my chest.

He lets out a silent chuckle and ruffles my hair," Goodnight."

He gently kisses my head and walks out of the room closing the door gently. I stare at the door for a few more moments before darkness creeps into the corner of my eyes and I soon fall asleep.

"I know you mean well but sneaking in here is just… wrong."

"Do you think I want to know that from someone like you?"

"Well… not exactly but I believe am in a position to tell the difference between what's right and what's wrong."

Black looks at the figure before him, let's out a dissatisfied grunt and walks towards the huge gates.

"Is that you Black?"

He stops in his tracks and turns to face the silver haired vampire in his late 1000s but with a physical body of a young man in his late 20s.

"I thought you didn't want anything to do with me and yet here you are."

"If you keep spouting nonsense, I will take my leave," he says and turns away heading towards the gate.

"Now now, no need to be rash Black dear," the vampire says standing in front of him blocking his path," come. I believe you have something of great importance to discuss."

Black shrugs his shoulders and walks past the vampire and into the house.

"So what is it you desire?" the silver haired vampire asks lifting a glass in is direction," tea?"

"No. I'd rather we get down to business."

"You are always so serious Black, can't you loosen up a bit?"

"Silver, who are you to tell me to loosen up?"

"Still calling me by that name?"

"Are going to keep exchanging pleasantries or will you tell me what I need to know."

"Ugh fine, what do you want."

"It's about my sister."

"Oh the half breed, what's with her, did she die?"

"What! No! I just need to know when she'll… you know… find out the truth?"

"Weren't you the one telling me you will keep the truth from her forever? Why are you so worried about it now," he asks sipping from his glass.

"Never mind," Black says standing from the chair," I don't know why I thought you'd help me."

"I didn't say I won't but you must pay me for this don't you think?"

"Pay? For asking about this you expect me to pay up?"

"Of course. No service comes for free. After all…"

Silver stands from his chair and walks around him his hands slowly tracing his arm. His hand stops by his neck and his fangs slowly come into sight.

"Since you are my dear, I'll give you a discount. Just let me suck your blood," he says in a quiet tone his fangs ready to sink into Black's neck.

Black takes a breathe, grabs Silver's hand and turns around to face him," You know what will happen once you consume my blood right?"

Silver wretches his hand free from his a pout on his lips," Oh hush! You sound as if this is the first time I have drank your blood. You remember the first time I drank your blood right?"

"Yes. It was during the time of the war between werewolves and vampires."

"Correct. As expected of you. You didn't forget the first time we came across each other."

"It was also the day Nine's parents were killed because of the trifle between the two clans," Black says completely ruining Silver's mood.

"Right. But curiously, why do you seem to care more about that half breed? It won't do you any good if you exploit her."

"You are wrong about exploiting her but I DO care about her, as if she was my own blood sister."

Black's eyes grow distant at the pleasant memories of the past before being interrupted by Silver's loud yawn.

"Well whatever it is, you are no fun," he says and walks back to his seat," you must be extra careful. As I told you before, that half breed is getting the attention of those she shouldn't."

"You know who it is right?"

"Of course I do, am the oldest vampire around," he replies proudly and Black scoffs at this.

"Eldest? You sure don't act like it," he mumbles and Silver's cyan eyes stare daggers at him.

"What will you know? You are just a few years younger than I am."

"A few? Am literally a thousand years younger than you."

"Of course. Now back to the things at hand. Nine, will find out the truth eventually, so I suggest telling her the truth maybe…"

"Am leaving. I don't think I can put up with this non sense again," Black says cutting him off.

"Don't make the same mistake again."
