Chapter 435

Silence followed the rest of that day. No one tried to utter a single word, as Lucky and Bakunawa remained in their room for the rest of that day. 

When night approached, the duo started preparing different types of foods for Thiago who would be back home any minute now. From cilantro lime chicken wings to spaghetti and meatballs, garlic butter grilled steak, just to mention a few. 

Right after they were done with cooking and setting the table, the door was knocked and when Ambrose had offered to go receive it; she was met with Thiago. 

"Hello, please come in." She said as she stepped aside for the man to step into the apartment. 

Bakunawa and Thiago almost tucked him down in a bear hug as they welcomed him and checked for any wounds and injuries in his body, just to be sure he was safe. After making sure that he was indeed safe, they allowed him to go in to freshen up first so that he could come eat what they had cooked for him.
