Chapter 286
The purple hue of smoke engulfed him, he dissipated into thin air with the blue smoke and minutes later, Ram heard someone cough out loud, as if they had been strangled and were gasping for air, at the same time.
In the dark, he could make out a small figure at the other end of the room, he quickly ran there, and tried to hold the person, but the person fought him, by kicking him with their feet while crying out in horror.
"Minerva, calm down! Calm down, it's me!" Ram exclaimed out as he tried to hold her by the waist with one hand, while the other went through her hair.
"It's me, Ram." He said.
She kept on crying, but finally stopped fighting him after she was assured that he was indeed Ram, and not some ghost that was haunting the place.
She smelt of dirt and her dress was wet with a substance that he did not know what it was.
