My Intergalactic Soulmate

[WARNING: Violence and gore] “Did I just kill her?” Alexis was lying on the ground with wounds and bruises all over her. And to add to that she appeared to be lifeless. But slowly a soft crackling sound was heard. Alexis’s body was glowing in azure color. It seemed as if she was on fire. “No, no, no… you can’t disappear. Please don’t disappear.” But rather than disappearing, Alexis was now levitating in the air. Her whole body was lit in the azure fire. Her emerald eyes were now glowing like green balls of fire. Her dark ginger hair was floating aggressively behind her. She looked fearsome and at the same time also looked captivating. The fire around her was starting to engulf her. And after a while, an energy blast left her body. The blast was so powerful that the wall and structures around her were turned to mist. Rescuing the Injured

After Alexis warned the nurse, she quickly sent a radio signal to the bunker in which the Colonel was. "Colonel, one of our Voyager has collapsed. And that flying girl told me that there are a lot of wounded crews. I don't know if the rescue teams are already aware or not, but the wounded are not coming in yet. Will you please send the rescue teams outside?"

The staff who heard that message ran to where the Colonel was at his top speed. And then he relayed the message to the Colonel.

"What? Our Voyager crashed down? Oh hell!" Amelia felt as though a hole was punched through her heart. She knew that this was the war and she was prepared to hear such news. But being prepared to hear such news and actually hearing that news were two different things.

"Did you alert the rescue team?" she asked the staff who brought that sad news to her.
