A Close Call

David was very carefully inching closer to the well. Even though he had seen the berserkers popping out of the numerous secret entrances, he decided to use the one that he had already explored because he knew exactly where the well would lead him to.

The field battle between the berserkers and the IGT Fed was about to begin just a little far away from where David was heading to. So he wanted to get inside the underground city as fast as he could so as not to get caught in the crossfire.

David reached to the well in no time. He punched on the part of the rim of the well to open the entrance. The base of the well moved apart to display the staircase. And David went inside, to bring out the hostages from the dungeon.

A little far away from that well, the army of around three thousand berserkers was running towards a battalion of IGT Fed soldiers.
