Virgo Dianne’s Point of View

“Of course, we can sign it now,” I smirked as I looked over to Asher – however, he was looking straight ahead with no emotion on his face whatsoever.

I looked around, it felt like my whole world was dimming – was I going to faint?

I met eyes with Jaughnn – he looked at me like he was looking at someone so pitiful. Anger rose inside me as the people around me were being emotionless, just like Asher.

I stood up abruptly, nobody paid attention to me – all except for Jaughnn.

I frowned at him, “What did you do?! Are you trying to ruin my life again?!” He maintained the same expression as he traced my every move.

As I tried to pick the contract up, he kept looking at me – however, he didn’t try to stop me.

I waved my hand in front of everyone, nothing – they were not responding at all.

My head felt like it was going to burst, my chest felt so heavy as I felt like I was being suffocated. “Ugh,” I grunted as I loosened my tie.
