I had to convince Jaughnn I wasn’t going anywhere – he was stubborn about not leaving me at home. I promised to let him monitor me at all times through the house’s security cameras.

If it means to make him go to work, it’ll be fine. His employees were practically begging me by the way they looked at me – it was a pretty big pressure for me.

“Thank you so much, madame – you have no idea-,” they were all up on me, they were thanking me. His employees were basically all over the place, it was pretty chaotic.

I chuckled to myself as I scrolled down my phone.

Suddenly, my phone rang with a notification – I almost flinched as it was simultaneous. I immediately checked it to see it was Jaughnn messaging me more than a dozen times.

“Darling~,” he was sending me adorable text messages. “What are you laughing at? Huhu, I want to be there with you.”

I chuckled to myself as I waved at the camera – “I was laughing at cat videos, I wish you were here too, I love you so much.”
