Chapter 29 Intimate

“Let’s celebrate!” Krystal exclaimed as she danced around – the contract has been finally signed at record time.

We haven’t even been one minute inside the room – with Krystal still making lemonades inside the break room. Mr. Dean signed the contract.

“Why would he sign it when he knows the conditions are at odds?” I ask to no one in particular – just pondering over it by myself.

“Don’t worry about that, director! We get good credits for this – besides, we are the ones supposed to be hands-on with Dean on this project. We were the ones to make them sign after all, and you also signed your name as the negotiator,” Krystal said in one breath.

My eyes widened to what she said, “We-We were supposed to get hands-on with this?”

“Yeah! Didn’t you know? It was written in page 54 condition number 68! The negotiator will make sure everything is in order and will meet up with the client at least once a week,” she said.
