(Monday)

(Outside Maxwell's and Zoey's apartment)

A week has passed, quiet a lot of things have happened ever since her arrival.....Zoey is the first person to be so friendly with me without asking anything in return or having me do something for her, well there was that one time with the thugs when we met but I guess that wasn't really on her since I helped her on my own accord, even so she's the only one that doesn't care about my status or reputation and still calls me a friend and then there's Ella....

"Maxwell!!" Yelled Zoey from the apartment building as she rushes down to meet Maxwell.

Zoey " I see your leaving without me hero boy"

Maxwell " I'm sorry I didn't know it was compulsory to wait for her majesty to be done with whatever it is you do on a Monday morning"

Zoey " Well then I'll make a decree, from this day forth you Maxwell Freeman will have to accompany her royalness to school everyday from today onwards, that will be your punishment"

Maxwell " Oh? how very merciful of you"

Zoey " So it's a deal then!?"

Maxwell "Hhh well I really don't see why not so fine"

Zoey " Yay, so you'll call me princess from now on?"

Maxwell "Don't push your luck squirt"

Zoey "Aww!!" Pouts at Maxwell.

(Zoey and Maxwell begin to walk to school)

Maxwell "So what's got you so happy this morning anyway"

Zoey " Well If you must know I had a very special night last night"

Maxwell " Really what was so special about it"

Zoey "Well you see a guy confessed his feelings for me"

Maxwell "Aww poor fellow, he must not now what he's getting himself into then "

Zoey "Hmm! your such a meanie, so you really don't remember anything that happened yesterday do you?"

Maxwell "Yesterday? what happened yesterday that I'm not aware of of?"

Zoey "Hmm it seems you don't recall confessing your feelings to me getting drunk and then taking me to your apartment" Zoey smiles and giggles at Maxwell.

Maxwell "!!" Maxwell's face turned pale.

W...what is she talking about, a confession, taking her to my room? none of those things happened....hold on what did happen yesterday....I do remember meeting her at the hospital then we went around the city for a while it got late then we stopped to have some drinks.....and then we.....and then we...NOOOO WAY!! I can't remember what happened after that, could she be saying the truth.... a confession?

Maxwell "W...what I....mmmm" Maxwell stutters.

Zoey "Hahahah" Zoey bursts into tears while laughing. "Relax lover boy I would never do anything like that with you, you need to loosen up a little"

Maxwell "Hhhh" Sighs in relief.

Zoey " By the way here I made a sandwich for you" Zoey takes out the sandwich from her bad.

"Meow!" a Stray cat comes running and snatches the sandwich from Zoey.

Zoey " Hey it's that same cat!!?"

Maxwell " Yeah well I think the cat lives around here It happens everyday like I said"

Zoey "Well I'm not gonna stand for it, come on let's chase it down"

Maxwell "We really shouldn't we'll miss the morning assembly if we do"

Zoey " Huh?! the morning assembly!, I've got something to do today... I'm soo late oh no" Zoey panics. "Anyway I'll leave the capture mission to you this time, make sure you get the sandwich alright I made it with love hero boy" Zoey runs off to school. " And don't forget to have fun!!"

Maxwell "Wait!! Ugh she's gone" sighs. "Hmm fine I'll get the kitty"

(A few moments later)

(Ocean high)

(Assembly hall)

Hmm I've been looking around but I can't find her anywhere...she was supposed to get here before me wasn't she, I didn't manage to get the cat so I wonder if she'll be mad"

(Headmaster walks in)

Maxwell "She still hasn't arrived? I hope she didn't get into any trouble" Maxwell says wearing an anxious face.

Headmaster "Good morning students, I will get straight to the morning agenda so, the double promotion exam has been marked during the weekend by your teachers and the candidates who passed and will be promoted to the upper class (grade 8) have emerged, though I guess it'd be more accurate to say the candidate who passed because this years exam was only passed by one person, Maxwell Freeman congratulations on your promotion, I expected nothing less from the council president you all should strive to be like him"

Although I am happy to be promoted my mind isn't on the Headmaster's speech as for some reason I am worried about that girl that never showed up in school even though she should have been here before me.

Headmaster "Please come up Maxwell"

The crowd began to applaud as I slowly walked onto the stage still worried about her, my mind isn't calming down why am i so worried? could she have gotten into an accident on her way here ? as all these questions flooded my mind and thought I then finally noticed, the crowd has stopped clapping? they seem to be at a loss for words, is there perhaps something on my face or behind me?

(As Maxwell turned back he was shocked into silence, what he saw before him was none other then the girl whom he'd been so worried about, dressed in nothing but her underwear right in front of the entire school ground, Maxwell then immediately tries to drag Zoey off the stage but she refuses to follow him as she whispers to him under her breath "just leave I have to do this" the crowd began to laugh at Zoey, Zoey was shacking under her skin, Maxwell notices this and in the mix of all the confusion and and chaos he leaves the stage. Zoey looked down at the crowd as they continued to laugh at her and the teachers and staff began to yell at her as well but then in an instant the entire assembly ground went silent.....Zey lifts her head to see what was happening and there by her side she saw Maxwell standing in his trunks)

Zoey "What are you doing" she asks Maxwell in a frail voice.

Maxwell "Friends have to stick together" he said in one breath.

Headmaster "Both of you in my office right now"

(Maxwell and Zoey leave the stage together )

Ella "Maxwell....."

(In the Headmasters office)

Zoey "Hey what were you thinking walking in like that, now what must the entire school think!! were you even thinking, why would you do that"

Maxwell "Where were you!!" Maxwell screams at Zoey. "You told me you'd be going ahead and when I got here you were nowhere to be found, I...I got worried something had happened to you" Maxwell exclaims as he breathes heavily.

(Maxwell moves closer to Zoey and puts his hands on her shoulder as Zoey backs into the corner)

Zoey "Hnn!" Zoey gasps lightly as her back hits the wall.

Maxwell "Why did you have to scare me like that"

Zoey "I...." Zoey says in a light and gentle voice.

Maxwell " I'm just glad that your okay"

(The two remain in the corner silently with Zoey back pressed against the wall and Maxwell leaning close to her, with the stop in the conversation they both remained silent as their eyes remained locked on each other with nothing but the silence that filled the room they could almost both hear the sounds of their hearts beating as if intertwined together, they were so close and they could feel the intensity as their heavy breathes slowly brushed across their skin, their lips slowly began to move closer to each other as their eyes remain locked, then suddenly Zoey whispers something )

Zoey "Nice underwear"

(With those words the pressure that was pilling instantly vanished as Maxwell realized that he had nothing on except his underwear)

Maxwell " Ahhhh!!!!" Maxwell rushes to the other side of the room embarrassed. "What is wrong with you!"

Zoey "Hey I'm not the one who asked you to strip your clothes hero boy "

Maxwell " You do realize your in your underwear too right twerp!!"

(The thought had most definitely escaped her till then but as she realized she was also not wearing anything but underwear her face began to turn completely red)

Zoey "You pervert!!" Zoey turns away from Maxwell. "how dare you look at a girl while she's in her undies"

Maxwell "You were looking at me!!"

Zoey "Well whatever I'm gonna wear my clothes now so you better look away"

Maxwell "What ever then"

(The Headmaster walks in and scolds Maxwell and Zoey then gives them chores to do around the school as punishment)

(In the teachers hall)

Maxwell "Hmmm I can't believe I'm stuck doing chores with you"

Zoey "Then maybe think before you act next time"

Maxwell "And that reminds me, If you don't mind me asking....WHY IN ALL THE LORDS NAMES WOULD YOU GET ON THE ASSEMBLY GROUND HALF NAKED!??" Maxwell glares at Zoey.

Zoey "Well it's nothing too interesting "

Maxwell "Tell me or else I will make you go on the street half naked" Stares more intensely at Zoey.

Zoey " fine you big meanie" pouts. "Well remember on when I told you my class made me play that game you called a social suicide and told me not to do anything stupid, well I chose something stupid"

Maxwell " What were you thinking that would have been really bad if I wasn't there to help"

Zoey "Well yell al you want, I would still do it again"

Maxwell "why would you do something so unreasonable I'm sure there was something less intense you would have been asked to do"

Zoey "Well there was, the other option was to do something to embarrass my friend Maxwell Freeman....so for me I only had one option"

Maxwell "Huh!?" Maxwell turns a bit red. "What are you saying you should have just done it"

Zoey "Well I know how much you care about your reputation so I wouldn't do anything to harm it, we are friends after all"

Maxwell " Hhhh oh my your so high maintenance, I do care about my image but not at the cost of yours so you shouldn't do anything to harm yourself like that next time you idiot, I would just find a way to resolve it "

"Senior Max!!" A student cries out.

Maxwell "Excuse e for a second"

Zoey *thinking* " Well even if you had told me not to I still would have done It, just now I confirmed it in the Headmasters office....Ohh Maxwell you really shouldn't be so nice to people or they might take it the wrong way... idiot "

(Meanwhile in the hall)

Ella "Senior we need to talk"
