My heart aches. It's different from when that bitch betrayed me or when Natasha left without saying goodbye in person. This feeling. It's just like when I blamed myself for putting my family through hardships... That girl from my dreams, her voice. I know I have heard that voice somewhere before, but I can't remember where...

She said something about void controlling the System. Professor X seemed to know something about it. That day he said my void flames are darker than Phoenix Force, and he had encountered such darkness before. What the hell is Phoenix Force?

She wants me to master Dracul and Void Force. She even knows about the System. If she knows everything about me... What about the Weapon Master power? It's either she doesn't know about it or is cautious about it.

One thing after another keeps popping up. So many questions and no answers. I got only four clues. Someone is coming for my ass, I have to remember something that's probably hidden in my head, I have to get stronger, and I have to visit Australia to find whoever they are...

Damn it! She helped me without caring about her life and called it a duty of hers. Why go that far to save me? She was saying something at the end, but I couldn't hear it properly... I hope she is ok. I have to thank her for saving my bacon.

Haaa. I always wanted to enjoy an easy life without getting into messes. Now... Some freaking bastard is coming after my ass just when my life started to turn around... I will make that freak pay. I don't remember when I fell asleep.

Another dream? Humm. Weird. It's all hazy... can't remember clearly. But someone said something about the sunset. Gotta write a diary to keep records. Who knows what else is hiding in my head?

It's time to have a serious discussion with mom about these voices and dreams. She must know something about it, about me. With all these things happening around me, there must be a secret she has been hiding from me. Fuck! I am starting to have doubts about my own identity.

While thinking about this mess, I walked toward the massive field, busting with people before me. Maybe some music will help me clear my thoughts.

Music festival. I remember someone gave me a pamphlet the day before I woke up in Harley's room. As far as I can remember, a famous singer is touring around the world, and she is supposed to stop by here for a quick concert. After that, there will be some small competitions and all that...

The concert started... The crowd is yelling, singing, and dancing. Too much noise. My ears are ringing. What was I thinking? Damn! Let's get out of here...

Since it is a place filled with people, street vendors have set up many temporary stalls outside the field. The field is far away from the highway, and the concert was something like an official, so the police blocked the road to prevent any vehicles from entering the vicinity.

I bought a bottle of Mt Dew and a pack of chips from the stalls outside the field. Oh. This mouth-watering aroma of spices... I turned toward the food stall on my left. Roasted meat, kebabs, barbeque... Natasha's face flashed before my eyes. Maybe someday.

I am kinda hungry. A pack of chips won't do any good. I went to the food stall and bought two kebab sticks. Smells good. I found a nice spot to sit and enjoy my meal. Everyone is inside enjoying the concert. I don't know how they endure all that jumping and yelling for hours. But it's not for me...

While I was enjoying my meal, a sweet melody came to my ears. Even with all that loud noise, I heard her beautiful voice clearly. My attention shifted toward the direction of that voice. It's so captivating... She should sing on that stage instead of that half-naked screaming girl.

A young girl is sitting under the shade of a tree, singing in her own world without a care. Birds and squirrels are sitting around her without any fear. Some birds were sitting on her shoulders, and a little squirrel was resting on her head.

She finished her song and opened her eyes, "Oh! Hello!"

"It was a lovely song. Ah! Where are my manners? I am Alex," I extended my hand toward her.

"Sophia. My friends call me Chat," The girl shook my hand. She is staring at my face blankly after saying her name. This is kinda awkward.

"They like you. Huh. You are a lucky one. Birds and squirrels run away at my sight," I said.

"They are my friends. They said that the loud noise of the concert is making them angry, so I was trying to calm their anger," Chat replied with a smile as she picked up a squirrel from the ground and started running her slender fingers on that squirrel's back.

"You can talk to them. That's awesome," I said.

Man, she can talk to animals. That's an awesome power if you want to spy or annoy your enemies. You can literally have your eyes and ears everywhere. You want to teach your enemies some manners... Just swarm their house with those small critters. I wonder how she uses her power...

"Chat, time to go..."

A familiar voice came from behind. I turned back. It's Emma Frost. She is wearing the signature white revealing sexy dress that she wore during the incident at the mall. Oh, God, why is she so beautiful? She is so perfect and flawless. Oh! I still remember her big boobs and tight butt... I want to just... You know, I want to smack her butt...

I don't know why she is still single. I guess they are afraid of her ability to read her mind. But if I can have one chance... The cold gaze that she shows to the world, I wonder what emotions she is hiding behind them. Doesn't she get lonely?

Haaa. A beauty like her... Do I even have a chance without my skill?

"Coming," Chat stood up.

"Chat, go, wait in the car," Emma Frost said with her usual cold tone. Chat dusted her butt and left.

"Alex," Emma said.

"Miss Emma," I said. Jenny told me Emma Frost is going to teach her, but she is here. I guess she is studying books today.

Then an awkward silence followed... She is staring at my face. Wait! Did she just twitch her brows? Why is she smirking?

Ahh! Shit! I forgot. She is a telepath, and my System is unavailable. Which means I won't get any notification if she reads my mind.

"You think I am hiding something behind my cold gaze? And, you also want to spank my butt. That's very bold of you. No men ever dared to speak or think about me in that way. Meet me at Janice's Cafe in three days, sharp at 7 PM," Emma Frost said without changing her cold expression and left.

"Wear something black and be on time... I do get lonely, just like you..." Emma's voice in my head! She just used telepathy on me.
