The V-Amp's wheels screeched against the dirt as it set off. There was a fury to it that seemed to mirror Ess' dark mood. He brandished the steering wheel and pressed the gas with a vengeance. Malven, seated in the passenger seat, had to grip the underside of his seat for dear life in addition to tightly strapping on his seatbelt.
The jeep roared and rushed towards the way out of the Kortor. Its tail lights blinked twice, but it was not a positive gesture, Bee and Twist knew. Ess had always had this odd way of showing his frustration with his family. With enemies he could simply squash them into canned human meat, but he had to be 'kinder' with his brothers and sisters.
"Well, fudge you too," Bee said with the most placid expression possible. She leaned her head on 'Eiden's' shoulder and watched the jeep disappear behind a crowd that had opened up to let it pass.
Twist gave her an odd look and sighed.
