REST

Today in the morning Grace woke up late as it was the weekend . After few hours she eventually woke up . First in the morning she started scrolling though her phone which was her daily grind . Later she went out of her bed and started brushing her teeth . Then she went to the dining table to eat her breakfast which was Caprese Salad with Pesto Sauce and Bruschetta and cold coffee , prepared by aunt Kate .

Now that she is all psyched up , she started to do maths . After a while , in the middle of her work Ji-ah called her and said " Are you free ?" . " Yeah what is it ? " Grace replied .

"How about we study together?" Ji-ah said jubilantly. After taking some time to decide Grace said " Yeah I guess it's a good idea. '

"Okay you can come to my house now "Said Ji-ah " Okay , I would be there by 20 mins " Grace said anxiously. Grace became weary of living and was bored by the tedium of maths so she decided to go out to a get a refresh mind . She got dressed up and went out of the house . A few minute passed by when she finally saw Ji-ah's house .

At first she was nervous to ring the bell but when she saw Ji-ah outside the door her nervousness have gone in the mist . As soon she entered the house , she noticed that the furnishings were cheap, black-painted. A worn mustard-yellow bean-bag chair, a relic of the seventies. An old tape deck and a towering set of speakers whose cloth was fraying brown plaid sofa with heavy oak arms, a bookcase neatly stocked with paperbacks, family pictures on one wall, a china cabinet against another beautiful gilded mirror.

The Velvet drapes framed the windows, the lace inner curtains remained drawn, allowing daylight to enter while rendering the heart-stopping view over the city a blur in the front . Usually Grace prefer to do her works alone.... It's her first time studying with someone else . Then Grace headed to Ji-ah's room and started doing maths there, After some some hours they have finally completed it . Later Ji-ah's mother brought them some snacks to them .

She glared at Grace and said to her with a warm smile to " So you are Ji-ah's best friend." I have heard a lot about you from Ji-ah. Come to our home as many time as you like." " Okay auntie " Grace said and her mother left from the room. Then they started chatting about some random topics ( you know girls chat) Later a while , They decided to watch a horror movie. In the first scene Ji-ah was terribly scared and screamed at some scenes while Grace was giving an expressionless face there.

Soon the movie was finished and it was pretty late. so she told her It is becoming pretty late so she have to go now or aunt Kate will complain her mom .

"So soon I wish you could have stayed more.

Come as much as you like....." Okay see you then.

Then Grace left and went to her home.

Later a while , when she arrived at the door aunt Kate was waiting for her . She looked furious as she glared at Grace . As Grace came closer to her , she said in a heated manner "Where were you, I was so worried about you" . " I went to my friend's house " Grace replied."Next time inform me before you go out or I have to tell ma'am (mother)". "Okay fine " Grace instantly said.

Soon after coming to her room , h er drowsy brain tossed at her fake, annoying sounds of questions and requests in voices of people she knew. She wanted to fall asleep and sleep but she couldn't sleep because she couldn't fall asleep even though she was very tired. She wanted to giver herself away to her pursuers, to sleep, to death. She was tired, like a brink crawling and skipping off and on the height of a wall together with something else that wasn't exactly the opposite of the sort of idea that tended to laugh particularly because when it was time to throw the street under the most medium lightning snake nobody would have to. But after a while she started sleeping intensely.
