Klaus answered with no response other than a fist thrown straight at Sage's face. Now Sage reacted with his back hand and parried the punch knocking off Klaus's hand. Then with the other hand left free, Sage drew it back to his chest and pushed it forward towards Klaus's chest.
But in that instant, Klaus was in the middle of something on his own. Steadying his feet, he pushed back on them and with the momentum, he jammed his knee into Sage's palm which he again moved to block the knee.
However, doing so was a big mistake on Klaus's part as he felt himself being tugged forward and in an instant, he knew why.
