I didn't roam for sex!

The next day, it took Sun-Hwa a little bit late to wake up. She headed directly towards the restroom, still her folded index fingers screwing her half-dozing eyes often until she entered inside.

In the kitchen, Dae-Hyeon was almost wrapping up the cooking as a noble husband.

Half an hour later, Sun-Hwa came out in a normal outfit. Soon she glimpsed him, her foot stopped moving further. Dae-Hyeon was arranging cooled foods and plates on the dining table.

"Who asked you to do this worthless, stupid thing?" She furrowed.

Pleasingly, he said, "I'm your husban-"

"Ex!" She restored.

A teeny-weeny sigh escaped his lips. "Okay, Ex-husband. But still, the word husband exists." To say the second sentence, he quickly transmigrated to enrapture from dispiritedness and offered a lovely smile, unashamedly. It sowed exasperation on her face.

"No, thanks. I'll eat outside." She twirled and turned back to get into her room.

"No, no, no, no," she ran to her, gripped her wrist, twisted her body to her back facing him after switching his grasp to her two shoulders separately, and shoved her towards the dining table as her feet struggled to put a brake on her heel.

"Do you want to waste food? Aren't you a good girl? Sit and eat, my wifi!" Filtered as he shoved down her shoulder to make her sit on the table.

"I-"

Rice pinching chopsticks irrupt into her snub.

"Mince it well," he caringly mentioned as his chopsticks collected next bit, another hand under her chin steering her jaw motion to mince the rice.

Tolerated his nuisance until her last bit. Shortly, she got it and rushed back to her room with her mouth full of food.

A slight shy smile peeked through his corner mouth. He then settled to have his breakfast.

Meanwhile...

The clock striked 8:30 a.m. Sun-Hwa came out in a formal shirt and jeans pant, heading outside once she clenched her office bag. Just when her hand almost reached out for the doorknob, Dae-Hyeon's information crept into her ear: "Don't be late! I'll prove my virginity tonight."

She dodged it and left the place.

The evening approached the city. At Wittie Architecture Company, inside the information collective section room, one of the speck-wearing, sexy girls came towards where Sun-Hwa was packing her things inside her stylish office bag.

As her gaze browsed at her hands packing her things inside, which implied she was about to leave, that girl asked, "Sister, Aren't you going to come to tonight's barbecue party?"

"Party?" partially narrowed eyes looked at her.

"You don't know? Wow! I wonder how you can focus on work only." She exclaimed and leaked the information: "Our boss got promoted!"

Sun-Hwa's muscles waved along with a smile.

That girl's raised shoulder slacked in a trice after delivering the news. She was aggrieved while saying, "But I'm extremely scared of our new boss. He is going to join us tomorrow."

Sun-Hwa's phone vibrated before even she reacted to that girl's mourning. It was a message from Dae-Hyeon: "Come soon; it will take a long time to believe."

Sun-Hwa agitated from a seat that shuddered that girl. "Sorry, Hyein. I need to go now. Wish him for me. Bye!"

Sun-Hwa rushed out, leaving Hyein to blink in puzzlement.

While the tired sun splashed yellow and orange-mixed gleam rays, Sun-Hwa entered room no. 12.

"Come on, sit here." Dae-Hyeon collected collapsed papers from the sofa table and stretched them towards Sun-Hwa, who arrived and sat directly opposite him with a perplexed look on her face.

As she goes through those certificates of a lot of women's virginity reports, Dae-Hyeon continues on his side.

"These are all the women who I was with... See clearly, there is no one proclaimed as a virgin, and no matter how many times I repeat it with the same person, I always feel it was new to me, and the person woke up the next day without memory."

Who will believe this creepy excuse? Sun-Hwa was not a stupid girl to believe his words. If she believed one person, it was always Dae-Hyeon's manager, Dong-Han, who would never lie to anyone.

Sun-Hwa pierced at him and growled. "Are you building a story?" She threw those papers at his face, extremely infuriated. "How can humans be like this? What if you took their tests before trying them and tried to lie just because you want me?"

"No, I didn't roam for sex; I just wanted to figure out this mystery that my body holds. Believe me. It was still surprising to learn you got pregnant with my child." He elucidated, justifying his side in front of Sun-Hwa, whose mind didn't shake up even an inch to believe him.

As he beheld her stubborn feisty, he took hold of the phone from the table and dialled Dong-Han. "You won't believe me, but how about Dong-Han?"

Sun-Hwa's eyes blinked in confound.

Why should she believe while she lost trust in her only lover, the husband she always wanted to be with?" It was not like he was her special person. But if she believed one person, it was always Dae-Hyeon's manager, Dong-Han. Dong-Han was known for a steadfast to everyone, which is why he was popular among wealthy people around the world.

"Dong-Han knows everything, and he is the one who asked me to try you to find this mystery." With an assortment-filled gaze, he proclaimed

Dong-Han attended the call, and Dae-Hyeon stretched his phone to her. After much squeezing of fingers, she got a hold of it and moved it near her ear.

"Hello?" A gracious voice came from the other end of the line.

Keeping her eye on him, she asked, "Dong-Han, is this all he is saying true?"

Even though he is 7 years older than her, she used to call him by his name, which was comfortable for her to communicate with him often to learn about Dae-Hyeon during her married life. And Dong-Han had the same thought too.

"Sorry to say this; I'm the one who asked him to try you. Sorry, Sun-Hwa." He feloniously apologised to her.

Sun-Hwa gritted her teeth, breathing heavily, and tightened her grip on the phone, all slightly shuddering Dae-Hyeon.

After observing the non-response, Dong-Han called, "Sun-Hwa?"

"Hmm!" She uttered it with a contentious expression. He conceived of her anger even though her expression couldn't be seen through a voice call.

"Sun-Hwa, that's all the truth. Sorry for-"

She hung up shortly, threw the phone on the sofa, and stood up from her seat. On the other end of the line, Dong-Han tight-lipped in guilty.

"Am I—what am I looking like to you? Did you play with my body?" Her brows wavered in anxiety, frustrated with his action.

He unseated quickly and shrieked back, "Who played with your body?"

It was echoed inside the room but was inadequate to destroy Sun-Hwa's vicious, choleric appearance.

He switched to soft, penitent to her. "Sun-Hwa, I- really love you. I just realised it. I was blind back then. But I'm sure I wouldn't have approached you that night if I had no feelings for you."

"Stop! Stop fooling around! I won't fall for you again. Leave this place; let me live in peace," she anguishedly impetrated.

"Sun-Hwa," As he moaned her name, she walked to her room with furious-emitting eyes and knitted brows.

Hope you guys enjoy it, Have a nice day!
