The first time in a while that Cole didn't have to act tough nor out of himself, his own personality, just to reach the goal he had set for himself.

For his survival.

'Being near someone you trust… seems to be quite dangerous, doesn't it?' Cole thought to himself.

It was the truth, after all.

Being around someone he trusted, he didn't have to hold his guard up at every given second, and so, his body relieved itself from the constant strain and tension needed to be aware of everything that surrounded him.
