Blue and Red

"Black Gloves!" Yuri shot out the shadows that formed from both of his palms while being moved around in the air by Luz' staff. His target being Akuma Red.

With a confident smirk, Red pulled out his hand and grabbed a hold of all the shadows with it.

*Squeeze*

With a tight grip on them, Red spread out a fire that travelled through the shadows and towards Yuri. Yuri's hands would have been burned from the attack if he hadn't ceased his Spell on time because the speed of the fire was insane.

Around the same time, Serena and Arina had been circling round Blue in a pattern. Since Arina was in control of both of the Light Boards, it wasn't hard for her to do this.

"Ha!" Metal Wires spewed out of Serena's right hand which tied around one of Blue's legs. Blue looked down on it like it was nothing before swiftly pulling his leg back with relative, causing the wires to break and change into dust.

Although it looked pointless, Serena continued with this same tactic which Blue kept on handling the same way.

"Flame Chain!" "Snow Golems!" With combined effort, Ayato and Kuro were working together. The Snow Golems Kuro had formed began to shoot out balls of cold snow while Ayato's Flame Chain held down Blue's arms.

"Is this the best you can do? So much for future leaders." Blue formed ice magic around his body which spread out and broke Serena and Ayato's wires and chain but it didn't stop there, the ice magic spread towards their hands, leaving them frozen.

"Tchh!" Serena and Ayato winced in pain at their frozen hands.

"Ha!" With a step of his foot, Blue's ice magic spread out from his legs down to the ground and towards Kuro's Golems, freezing them in place.

'He's strong.' The three of them couldn't fight. Serena and Ayato's hands were a source for most of their Spells while Kuro's attacks were limited and weren't a good match up for the opponent.

But there was one person Blue had forgotten about.

'I'm sorry for taking time guys.' Arina with the aid of Halo Fist along with a boost Spell from her Seraph Charm, she punched Blue from behind, causing him to crash against the side of the main building for the academy.

The students around there hurriedly moved away as the monster even still began to stand up.

"How strong is this opponent? And I thought I had made some improvement in my strength." Arina thought. It wasn't that her attack wasn't powerful, it had still hurt Blue a bit but not to the point of making a wound on him.

Blue stood up and after touching a few pieces of rubble, he began to freeze them up and shoot them with incredible speed towards Arina.

Jumping in the air, Arina formed her Light Board once again and hovered towards her injured friends.

Seeing that his attack from before hadn't worked, Yuri wanted to try a close range approach.

"Vanessa, protect me. Luz, cover me when I'm in a tight spot and Zane, if anything dangerous is about to happen to me, rewind!" "Got it!" They replied. With that, Yuri dropped down from the Sync Staff and landed on his feet, a fair distance away from Akuma Red.

"I'll use my Demon Powers if I have to." Yuri ran towards Red. Swinging out his hand, Red created another wave of fire, sending the attack towards the teenage Half-Demon.

Yuri didn't worry about this attack as Vanessa had summoned up her Clovered Field Spell around Yuri and the fire attack had gone into the sky.

"Nghh." In anger, Red formed a whole bunch of fire attacks that would be impossible to miss Yuri and were too much for Vanessa's Spell.

"Shadow Casting: Dark Cloak!" Using his Spell which allowed him to be completely intangible, Yuri was able to pass through the fire attacks with no problem.

"Ha!" Yuri sent out a powerful kick towards the Akuma. With his powerful grip, Red grabbed a hold of Yuri's leg and then used him to smash against the ground. He rose him into the air and was about to smash him down again but Luz sent out her Rainbow Arc at Red.

Red wasn't very affected by her Spell but it was just enough to loosen his grip and Yuri was free.

Yuri jumped into the air and then landed on the ground before running to Red yet again. Red threw out a punch but Yuri dodged it as if he knew it was already coming before throwing out a punch towards Red.

Red was ready to block the punch with his fore arms but it was just a feint because a kick instead had ended up coming from the side and hitting him across the face, sending him back.

"Arina!" "Huh?" Arina turned to Zake who had called out her name.

"Go help out Yuri! We'll hold this one off." Zake was with Staria and the rest of their class along with a few members from other classes.

"Right!"

Red had been kicked by Yuri hard but he wasn't defeated, he had too much endurance.

Yuri was moving towards Red, trying to attack him before he got the chance to stand up. In his right hand, he had the Black Spear which he used to strike Red but he rolled to the side before shooting out a large fire attack.

"Checkpoint Casting: Rewind!"

Yuri was moving towards Red, aiming to attack him before he got the chance to stand up. In one of his hands, he had the Black Spear which he used to try and strike Red but the Akuma had rolled to the side but he was still met with another Black Spear. That's right. Yuri had formed two this time instead of one.

"How could he have.." Red had still used both of his hands to grab on to the Black Spear and was holding it up.

"Ha!" Red released a burst of force and pushed the Black Spear away before throwing a kick of his own, pushing Yuri away from him.

Putting his two hands together, Red was forming a large blast of fire energy which he fired off.

"Light Casting: Sceptre of the Heavens!" Arina had arrived in time and with her Sceptre, she had fired off an attack with a heavenly white light color.

Yuri regained himself before trying to help Arina. But there was nothing he could do, he didn't have any offensive attacks that could help Arina and that included his Demon side.

But there was a passive power he could use.

"Speed Heal!" Placing a hand on Arina's back, he was healing all her injuries as if they were never there.

But then, the fire attack had stopped coming.

"Did I counter it?" Arina thought but she was wrong and realized that when two fire attacks had hit them both from behind, knocking them to the ground.

"Arina!! Yuri!!" Luz and the others on her staff quickly flew towards them before landing in front of them. They had been hurt pretty badly from the attack.

"How are we supposed to fight him if he took them out?" The three of them didn't admit it outloud but Arina and Yuri were much more powerful than them.

"We're gonna protect them!" Luz formed a large Color Sphere around them.

"Oh, are you now?" Red stretched his body before getting ready to fire off another powerful attack. Vanessa, Luz and Zane were nervously sweating because of this, the Color Sphere probably couldn't stop an attack like the one he threw before.

"Stop!" Two voices loud and clear that came from the forcefield got the attention of both of the Akumas.

"Finally, they're here." Alex Krueger and Alice Queen were here.
