Akuma Black

The day after came by pretty quickly, unlike regular days, Yuri woke up quite early this time. It was only 5:30 in the morning.

"Ah." Yuri yawned quietly while placing his left hand around his mouth as he woke up from his slumber. He looked to his room mate's bed and saw no one there. That was because his room mate currently wasn't in the Academy. Yuri's sleep-filled brain woke up for real at this moment.

'Oh, that's right." Yuri quickly got out of bed and into the bathroom.

A couple of minutes later, he came out of his dorm and because it was still february, there was a fairly thick fog that covered the air above them.

"Ah, I'm up." Kuro who the Shadow Caster had woken up yawned soon after and tried rubbing the sleep out of his eyes. He hadn't bothered to bathe or change into his other clothes. He wore grey pajamas that had stars on it with rainbow colors inside it in a swirl pattern.

"You didn't bathe."

"Not really, I'll still go back to sleep afterwards." Kuro yawned again.

The two of them took a walk to the entrace gate of the academy which was open but the barrier was still up but unless touched or passed through, it wasn't visible most of the time.

Suddenly however, the purple hue of the barrier flashed for a moment, signalling that someone had passed through it.

'He's here.' Kuro and Yuri thought.

Not so long after, a bus had pulled up. It was a purple one but it was also the one that My Caster Academia used to carry students to the Academy and back. It was one that made use of Solix which included a Valuable Item in its mechanism.

The vehicle's door opened and with that, a few students began to walk out. They were only five in total so it didn't take long.

Eventually, a blonde, handsome boy with a fairly more muscular build than even Yuri had walked out but he was not the one they were looking for. As he stepped down, he caught sight of the two of them and couldn't help but find one of them attractive.

'He's cute.' The boy blushed at the sight of him and stared a little at him, finding something about him familiar. 'Have I seen him before?' He thought as he walked away, hoping to meet him later.

Finally, the boy Yuri and Kuro were waiting for had arrived. He had spiky red hair and was half an inch taller than Yuri. Just the aura he produced from smiling gave everyone a friendly impression.

"Hey guys, I'm all better now." Ayato smiled as he used his finger to rub the bridge of his nose.

Yuri and Kuro ran a bit to close the distance but the former upon realizing he didn't know exactly what to do had got embarrassed.

"Hey, Ayato. I'm glad you're okay.. I mean we missed you and.. I was kind of worried." Yuri rubbed the back of his neck and his head was lowered.

Kuro on the other hand said similiar words to the Fire Caster but less awkwardly.

"Come here, guys." Ayato pulled the both of them into a hug.

"I missed you guys too." Kuro and Yuri smiled hearing this.

"Time to make a move. If I remember, these five were the strongest." Duron, the Demon King said as he stood in front of five different jail cells in a dark room. Well, most of the Underworld was dark anyway but this place had a more sinister feeling. The bars on the cells were partly made of magic properties to prevent escape.

He held something the man who had given them freedom had handed to him to help them. It was five small computer chip looking devices which he had thrown one each into the jail cells.

After hearing some kind of wiring sound, he pressed a black button on another device in his hand.

"Testing the new Great Five won't be easy. First of all, they need to consider him a threat and at the same time, he shouldn't draw all of their attention." Duron pondered over what he should do.

"A strong, defensive ability should work." Suddenly, the Demon King pulled out a gauntlet that formed metal wires which strapped themselves around the left side of his arm and torso.

"Perfect." Duron grinned as he found the perfect thing. The wires on his body glowed numerous colors as he raised his hand to form a kind of black diamond made of magic.

With one smooth throw, the diamond left his hand and into the first jail cell.

By the border, the one that seperated Neon from Obsidian, a crack that was barely visible on the ground began to glow a sinister orange. It widened as if two people were dragging it open forcefully from both sides until it was about six meters wide.

From inside, a humanoid figure had jumped to the surface but they barely resembled any human or earthling.

They had two thick, large horns that came out horizontally then went up vertically before ending in a spike. It also had a head shaped like a skull with barely any skin with fangs and tusks constantly exposed from it's mouth as if they couldn't be hidden. They had a large and broad chest with a heart visibly seen in the middle.

The part of their torso before their waist became three times smaller than their torso as it went down before meeting with the rectangular waist with small spikes coming out from the sides. The legs on the other hand were more or less normal and so were their hands.

It had generally red skin, like a tomato and the only parts of their body that wasn't were the heart, spikes and horns, all of which were black. Then their final abnormal details were a long, thick scorpion like tail with a black stinger at the end.

The Beast began to walk in the direction of Neon, a computer chip device visible at the back of their neck.

An hour later, at the Hotodari Base near a city.

A soldier rushed into an office to meet the head of the Hotodari Family, Renzuki Hotodari. He knocked on the door.

"You can come in." A voice said from the other side.

"Sir, we've detected some sort of humanoid Drach heading towards Yoriz?" The soldier was giving Renzuki information who was facing the other way, looking through the window. (If you want to remember how he looks, go back to Chapter 52)

"Should I send some men after him?" The soldier asked, unsure if the Leader had heard him. Renzuki turned his chair to face him.

"No need. I'll take care of it myself."

"Really, sir?" The soldier questioned since it was rare for the leader to handle situations like these.

Renzuki on the other hand thought they was something about this that wasn't normal, apart from the fact about a humanoid Drach which were extremely rare, one in a million.

"It's fine. I feel like there's more to this." Using a Solix Gadget, his bulky green armor and black boots appeared on his body and he stood up from his chair.

It was late in the afternoon, the moment the Beast known as Akuma Black stepped foot in the closest neighbourhood, Renzuki arrived there.

Renzuki looked at Akuma Black, he looked familiar to something he had heard of before. But he would find out about that later, first he was going to take care of it.

"Dimension Casting: New World." With only a few words and a snap of his finger, Renzuki and Black had been transported into a world created by the former.

They appeared in a dark world with little detail and the ground was a grey, sandy terrain.

"This will be fun." Black got ready to fight.
