It was the middle of the night when Eren's eyes slowly fluttered open.

He felt the weight of Feng Yu's head resting against his shoulder, slightest taken aback. Still, he didn't disturb her and let her sleep. This was the rest that she deserved.

He waited for her to wake up, while wondering what the Ancestral Elders were going to plan. He had already sent Yelen to keep an eye on them to find out what they were planning.

Even though he trusted Feng Yu's plan, he trusted his own abilities more. It was even better since Yelen was someone that couldn't be noticed by others unless she used her abilities.

Even Feng Yu didn't know about Yelen yet, let alone the Ancestral Elders. With someone to spy on the Ancestral Elders, he didn't have to worry about the unknown.
