"Goodness…" Aisha mumbled with a trembling voice. Her face was deathly pale And she was shivering slightly. But it wasn't odd, considering the scene in front of them.

When the swarm of Void Creatures drew close, the Elves decided to abandon their usual tactics and fight them at the edge of the forest where the capital was located.

Usually, they preferred to fight within the forest due to the huge advantage it gave them in group battles. It was so effective in fact, that one of the primary reasons the Elves weren't desirable opponents was because attacking them was akin to a fool's errand.

However, that advantage nor reputation would be able to play a role here. After all, what was the point of having so much cover if the enemy could simply walk through it like it didn't exist?

As such, Sylvaris decided that they would meet the charge of the Void Creatures at the edge of the massive forest.
