Ammit ran in haste, its monstrous form undulating as it moved, a spectral aberration in the ether-lit abyss. Its movements bore a terrifying grace, an agility and power that belied its grotesque spectral form shimmering in the void.
The corpse it dragged was an equally unsettling sight. Tall and lithe, the form of the creature being dragged by the ammit was draped in what appeared to be a wind-tattered cloak of spectral feathers, giving it a ghostly, bird-like appearance. Its skull, however, was hauntingly human, elongated and hollow-eyed, adorned with a crown of stark, antler-like branches that extended like skeletal hands reaching for the abyss above.
The lifeless form of the hero now held a certain macabre elegance, the long, feathered limbs trailing behind Ammit, the skull's empty gaze locked onto the abyss. The antler crown scraped against the alien terrain, each contact sending sparks of spectral energy in its wake.
