Here is the synopsis of the original manga along with what I added.
Yuuki Otohito is a regular college student who one day was taken to prison to meet a mass murderer who killed eighty-nine people. Through their various exchanges he finds clues that this mass murderer knows information on his missing sister. Watch as their various exchanges lead to an unexpected ending.
Now… what if I added another element to the mix? Another person who wanted to 'find meaning in humans' kind of like the mass murderer? What kind of changes would they bring?
That was what I added to the story. Also this ending that I'm going to write isn't going to please many people. It isn't a happy ending, that's all I'll say.
